The next morning the smell of breakfast woke me up but I decided to get washed first then I went downstairs."So I'm not the only who smelled food"I said as I looked in the kitchen and everyone was there."What? Of course not"I laughed at Jessica reply as she kept eating.I heard Elizabeth say something but I completely ignored her.I got a plate of food and sat on a stool then started eating."Before I forget to tell you girls,you'll start school tomorrow"Me and Jessica stopped eating and looked straight at her."Are you fucking kidding me"Victoria sighed and shook her head."Please no cursing,Jessica"Jessica just stared at her with a blank face."Don't they give new students a few days to get prepared"I asked."They were going to,but I told them you girls were prepared" "Of course you did"Jessica said."Be grateful she doesn't have to help you,ya know"Elizabeth said."oh wow,hi Liz,I didn't even know you were in here"I said acting surprised."That's how irrelevant you are".Jessica just laughed cause Elizabeth expression was priceless."Girls,you have to learn to get along".Being honest I said,"how can we when one of us try to hard to be a wannabe bitchy barbie doll?". Jessica just nodded her head in agreement with me."Mom,I'm going to hang out with Alyssa and Ashley".Jessica just had to respond "it's okay you don't have to lie". "Excuse me" Elizabeth said completely confused."she know your going to hang out with Ken".I just had to bust out laughing,Jessica can be an ass sometimes.Elizabeth just got up and walked towards the door to leave but before she completely left,I just had to make her more mad. So I yelled"we know about your life in the dreamhouse!"I knew she was angry cause she slammed the door when she left."Why do u girls do that?" "Do what?"Jessica asked seriously confused."Make her mad on purpose." I knew Jessica wasn't gonna answer cause she didn't care,neither did I but she deserved to know the truth."Cause she's a bitch"Jessica just nodded agreeing with me.Victoria knew we were serious so she just sighed and shook her head and started cleaning."We're going to the gym,OK?" Jessica said."Okay girls be careful"(Jessica outfit is the left,Lauren outfit is the right).Jessica decided to throw her hair in a ponytail while I put mine in a bun.When we got back home from the gym it was only 12:00.So we decided why not go hangout with Hadley and Morgan.Hadley is my best friend,she the happiest person I know that go through so much.I knew her for years now,I first knew her from the first school I went to when I was in my first foster home and we kept in touch,just like Jessica kept in touch with Morgan. Morgan is Jessica best friend.I hang out with Morgan sometimes but only when she doesn't piss me off by bullying Hadley.I usually hang with her but when I'm bored and need a rush or I just wanna cause trouble. Me and Jessica went to the mall and met Hadley and Morgan there."hey guys"Hadley said with a smile in her face.So we smiled back at her and said "Hey"."I'm hungry" Jessica just looked at Morgan and said"why are u always hungry?" Morgan just shrugged and said"I don't know ask my stomach"We started walking to wherever the food was but Morgan and Jessica was ahead of me and Hadley talking about what Morgan did to get in trouble with the police...again.Seriously when that girl turn 18 she's going straight to jail but who am I to judge if I was 18 I would've already been in jail."Lauren,how's life been at home for u?"Hadley asked me as we were walking."Its been fine except for Elizabeth still being a bitch".Hadley laughed a little,"yeah I'm not surprised"."What about u?"Once I asked her she just looked straight at her foot watching her steps but hurried and looked up at me with a smile on her face."oh its not bad".I knew she was lying,she only looked at the ground cause she didn't want me to see her pain."are they still hitting u?" I knew the answer to my question but I wanted her to answer,I wanted to see if she'll tell me the truth,...the whole truth."yeah,I'm used to it"I started to get angry and she noticed so she said,"but it doesn't hurt I swear" she smiled trying to convince me.She did a horrible job at convincing me but I just smiled back at her.Which I knew made her happy.She started acting like a viking and yelled,"It's time for food"and she ran towards the cashier by TacoBell.Just saying u can never go wrong with TacoBell.I laughed at her cause she was being silly and the cashier and other people looked at her as if she was crazy.Which she is most of the time.We ordered what we wanted,we all ordered nachos (cause like who doesn't like nachos)and drinks.After we were done we went shopping then went to one of my favorite stores Forever 21."When are ya starting school?"Morgan asked when we entered Forever 21."We start tomorrow"Jessica answered sounding annoyed."Don't they give u sometime to get ready"I looked at Hadley and told her,"Victoria told them we were ready so now we're gonna go earlier then expected". "Oh..why she do that"."Cause she's the devil"Jessica yelled which earned her some stares but she didn't care.We finished shopping so we all said "goodbye" and "see u tomorrow" then we went home.I changed my clothes and climbed in bed.My phone which was on my dresser next to my bed screen light lit up.So I looked at it and unlocked it.It was a text message from 'unknown' so I opened it.It read:
Hey sweetheart
I was curious to who it was so I kept texting 'unknown'
Who is this?
They replied
Its your mom honey
