Jhene
I woke up in the same spot as last night, but Aubrey wasn't here. I felt bad that I had been sleeping in his bed while he found somewhere else to sleep; it didn't feel fair to him.
Out of nowhere, my phone alarm went off. A reminder popped up, letting me know I had a radio interview today with Power 106 FM.
Not wasting any more time, I jumped out of bed and took a quick shower. I slipped my clothes off and opened the door to the shower, turning the hot water faucet upwards and the cold notch a portion. The hot water skimming down my body felt amazing. I massaged my scalp with shampoo and conditioner before washing my body with the coconut body wash in the shower. It made me wonder why Aubrey had women's body wash in here in the first place, considering that no girls lived here.
Afterwards, I put on a floral printed crop top, dark skinny jeans, and a pair of heels. I braided my hair to one side and put on light makeup. I didn't see Aubrey once I was ready, so I decided to go ahead and leave so I wouldn't be late.
Aubrey
"Where at?" 40 asked while writing down information.
"I was thinking the Dominican." I answered. Since we've all been working so hard, I thought we should take a short- well deserved- vacation to just chill and take a break.
"Alright." He picked up the phone to book a place to stay. While he was doing so, I made reservations to fly out.

After the entire trip was planned, I stood up from the table, grabbed my keys, and headed out the door. I thought I'd get everyone something new to take down there, so I drove downtown. While I was in the car, I turned the radio to the station that Jhene had told me she had an interview on.
"We have Jhene Aiko with us today." I turned it on just in time to hear the interviewer introduce Jhene.
"Thank you." She said with her shy voice.
"Jhene, we've been hearing all of these Childish Gambino rumors. Could you confirm for us?" A female voice asked with the upmost energy.
"No no no. He's a great friend. If I had anything going on, you would know." Her small angelic voice replied.
"And what about your future plans, music related?"
"My EP, Sail Out, involves a lot of collaborations with rappers, but I want to just, get away from that. I wanna have more of me just.. Singing, you know?"
"Speaking of which, Jhene's album, Souled Out, will be available in stores this May." The female voice had announced. I knew Jhene was excited, although she never showed it towards me. That's the thing about her- as emotionless as she may appear, I always knew everything she was feeling.
The interview continued and my concentration began to fade out, but the mentioning of my name quickly caught me off guard.
"And you just went on tour with Drake. How was it?"
"It was an amazing experience. I'm sure you know how amazing he is, along with everyone that was a part of it. It's something I'll never forget." Jhene replied. The corners of my mouth turned up into a slight smile. I knew that I was going on tour in the UK in a little over a month, but I never had thought about asking her if she was down to come with us. I thought about it for a minute, trying to think of all the pros and cons of it.
"Was there any personal chemistry between you two? We've definitely seen many pictures of the two of you on stage."
"Oh no, I knew you would ask this." They both giggled. "But I mean, Drake is just an amazing artist. I admire everything about him. He's tought me a lot, both in the music industry and with personal problems. We've collaborated and I could see it in the future but I wouldn't go as far as calling it anything more than an amazing friendship."
