As we walked towards the big blue house I couldn't help thinking about what had happened. It had been a normal day, I had gotten up and gone downstairs. My aunt bustled around the kitchen cooking breakfast and packing lunch. I had been living with my aunt since I was three. My dad left my mom when I had been born and My mom died in a car accident when I was two so I didn't remember her very well. I sat at the table and my aunt set a plate of bacon and eggs in front of me. I dug in hungrily and smiled at my aunt. She has the best cooking on the north side of the Thames. I stared out the window of our little flat (that's Apartment to you Americans) And watched the cars pass. I finished my bacon and eggs and ran upstairs. I pulled on my old ratty jeans, My blue t-shirt, and my battered leather jacket. I Pulled a brush through my hair and braided it loosely. I trotted back down the stairs and grabbed my satchel. My aunt handed me my lunch then hugged my. As she did she said.

"you're a very special girl, now run along and have a good day, I'll pick you up after school." it was the regular goodbye, I smiled into her shoulder and breathed in the smell of earl grey tea, Little did I know I wouldn't be seeing my Aunt after school. Or ever again. I ran out the door and slid on roller skates, Yes those old fashioned four wheeled ones, but I loved them. I Skated down the road at top speed, I skidded to a halt outside of my best friends home. Kelly ran out and grabbed her bike. She climbed on and we raced the whole way to school. When we slid to a halt outside of the two-story school I saw a small crowd of kids in a corner of the yard, I cocked my head and slowly skated over. When I reached the group I saw a boy standing in the middle he had dark hair and a pale face, He wore a black aviators jacket and black combat boots. I stared at him for a second before he stepped towards me and held out his hand.

"names Nico, Nico di angelo" I had looked at him for a good three seconds before shaking his hand and saying politely.

"Nice to meet you My name is Bond Kames bond" he gave me a dirty look. His hand had been cold and clammy as soon as he let go I had politely excused myself and skated away. When the bell rang we all had rushed in. I had changed my shoes and was sitting in class when Nico came in. The teacher had looked at him and was about to say he could sit next to Corrie magdelen. When he had done something very strange, he snapped his fingers, a loud piercing sound. The teacher blinked then said that he would sit next to me. I stared at him as he walked to the desk next to mine and sat down. By the third period I had forgotten him. Of course then the Principle called me down. I stood up and walked down the aisle and down the hall to the office, The principle looked at me sadly then told me the saddest thing I heard or ever would hear. My aunt was dead.
