Justin's POV:

"Matt!" I call, and he jogs into the tent.

"Yo," he says out of breath, sitting next to me.

"You got mail," I say angrily, flicking him an envelope from his brother.

"Did Madison send you back?" He asks, and I shake my head.

To be honest, I'm worried about her. What if she's not okay? What if the baby's not okay? What would I do?

"You know man, we're allowed to use the phone today, Joe said we could since we've been risking our lives for months, he said we deserve it," he says.

"WHAT?" I jump up and run towards the phone they have, the only phone. We're never allowed to use it, because we have to focus on our jobs, but today we have off.

I dial Madison's home number, and it rings 5 times.

"Pick up," I mumble, tapping my foot anxiously, and then the ringing stops.

"Madison? Hello?" I ask abruptly

"Justin? Is that you?" She asks.

"Yeah, baby, it's me," I say, relieved, and I hear her giggle, but then a man says something in the background.

"Is that Justin?" He asks.

"Mads, who's that?" I ask.

What if she's cheating on me?

"Hold on Justin," she says, and in a muffled voice I hear her say, "go away, he can here you, come back later."

She is cheating on me.

Madison's POV:

I finally get my dad to leave me alone.

"Justin, I'm back," I say with a smile.

"HOW COULD YOU CHEAT ON ME? WE'RE MARRIED, YOU'RE PREGNANT," He yells.

"Justin! IT'S NOT THAT," I yell back, tears falling down my cheeks.

"DON'T, DON'T TELL ME THAT. HOW COULD YOU? I... I HATE YOU," he yells, and the line goes dead.

 I slide down the wall, and I hold the phone to my chest, and I let out a sob.

"I love you so much," I cry into my knees, and Ariana walks over to me.

"Madison? What happened?" She asks, rushing over to me.

"I HATE HIM," I scream, and I throw the phone across the room, and it slams against the wall and falls to the floor, glass shattering all over.

"I hate him so much I love him," I sob, throwing my head back into my knees, and Ariana rushes to my side.

"It's okay," she tries to rub my back.

"NO IT'S NOT! I'M PREGNANT WITH HIS BABY AND HE HATES ME! I DON'T WANT A BABY WITH HIM!" I sob, and she shakes her head.

"No, no, don't take it out on the baby, your almost 6 months along, and in 3 months your going to have a beautiful baby, and nothing else in the world will matter but him or her, okay?" she asks, and I lean on her shoulder.

"He thought my dad was some guy I was cheating on him with, he wouldn't let me explain. He said he hates me..." I say quietly.

"He doesn't mean it."

"How do you know? What if he does?" I ask.

"Okay, but what if he doesn't?" She asks.

"What if he's just a little mad?" She adds.

Justin's POV:

"THEY ARE GAINING ON US, WE HAVE TO GET OUT THERE," Joe, our general yells.

"But we have off!" Matt defends.

"NOT UNLESS YOU WANT TO GET KILLED! GO GO GO," He yells again, and we pick up our guns, throw on our vests, and run out of the tent, and into the fight.

"Over here Justin," Matt calls, waving me over to a quiet place. Our troops keep sprinting away.

"We should be with them!" I yell, but he shrugs.

"General Joe told me to stand guard with you over here," he says, and I sigh and watch our brothers disappear into the fight.

"Why us?" I ask.

"Because we're tougher I guess. We work well together," He says with a shrug, and I sigh.

"Okay."

"OVER HERE," Someone yells, and I look to the East of me. I see someone in a different uniform on the top of a hill. An enemy

"GET DOW-" I start to yell to Matt, but I feel something slam into my stomach before I finish my sentence. 

I fall to my knees, and then I fall to my back, and I feel blood rush out of me.

"JUSTIN! I'M RIGHT HERE, STAY WITH ME BUDDY," Matt shouts, but it's a distant shout.

I try to keep my eyes open, but there's 3 Matt's. 

He takes off my helmet and unzips my uniform.

I feel pressure on the wound, but I see blood on Matt's hands within a matter of seconds.

My blood.

"STAY WITH ME, COME ON MAN," he yells again, but all of a sudden, everything goes black, and my mind goes blank.
