Chapter 9

Taehyung woke up to the sound of talking. Taehyung slowly sat up and walked toward the door.

Jin: I can't believe he took it from us.

Namjoon: Its not his fault.

Jin: Tch. Okay. If it can't be helped, I would want to meet him.

Tae: NO!

Taehyung screamed as he ran out of his room. Jin turned to him in a stern manner.

Jin: Its not a question but a command.

Taehyung walked back up and wore an oversized sweater that exposed his shoulders and ripped black jeans. He took his wallet, phone and earphones along.

Jin: Yah, where are you going? Its the holidays!

Tae: Out.

Taehyung called Jungkook while riding his bike. While waiting for him to pick up, Taehyung stopped by a fast food restaurant to buy some food for Jungkook to eat if he was hungry.

Tae:Uh...can I have two burgers with tacos please?

Cashier: Sure. That will be $7.20, please.

Taehyung handed her the money and waited for his order. While waiting, Taehyung sat down at a particular table, a table where he should not have sat.

??: Haha, and I was like 'Is that him?' Geez, you really scared me back then!

??: Funny, aren't I?

??: Yeah, sure. By the way, where's Taehyung? Aren't you with him?

Taehyung sat up from his seat and turned wondering who was that and why they were talking about him.

Tae: Ah, I'm right-J-J-Jungkook!?

Jungkook: Taehyung-ah!

Ji Eun: Ah...there he is...ugh.

Ji Eun rollec her eyes while Jungkook looked at Taehyung half shocked and guilty. Taehyung wanted to jump into conclusions but decided to calm down a bit to avoid any misunderstandings.

Tae: W-why are you here...J-J-Jungkook...?

Taehyung stuttered as trying to hold back his tears.

Ji Eun: Uh...Duh! We are dating! Mostly planning for our sex night.

Ji Eun winked at Jungkook before glaring back at Taehyung who was looking down at the floor clutching the hem of his shirt tight before looking back up at Jungkook and smiled.

Tae: I...see....Well then, I should be going n-now.

Jungkook: Taehyung...

Tae: Oh no. Jungkook, I won't distub any further. Please carry on.

Taehyung snatched the food away from the cashier who was a little startled. Jungkook wanted to chase after him but was held back by Ji Eun.

Ji Eun: Remember what the objective of the date was...

Jungkook: I know.

Jungkook sat back down and cursed under his breath.

Outside, Taehyung looked behund and did not see Jungkook chasing after him. Heartbroken, Taehyung bursted into tears right on the spot not caring who was there. Despite the pain, Taehyung lifted his head up and smiled widely.

Tae: So he was just playing with me...haha...I see. How stupid! Hahahahaha....

Taehyung wiped his tears away and rode his bike all the way home.

-HOME-

Jin was walking back and forth infront of the door while biting his nails.

Tae: I'm home.

Taehyung's vouce choed the whole living and almost gave Jin a heart attack.

Jin: Where did you go?

Tae: To buy food.

Jin: From? A drug store?

Tae: No, in a fast food restaurant I regret going.

Jin: What happened?

Tae: Don't wanna talk about it...

With that, Taehyung threw his bag on the couch and stomped upstairs with a heavy heart. Soon enough, Namjoon got home and saw a worried Jin sitting on the dining table.

Namjoon got by his side and placed on hand on his shoukder making Jin look up.

Namjoon: What's wrong?

Jin: Our poor Tae is heartbroken.

The house was silent for a moment before hearing a sudden crash in their son's room. The both of them ran to his room and held the handle for twisting but it was locked.

Namjoon: Taehyung-ah?

Namjoon wanted not to startle the little boy if he brike something but Jin suddenky screamed and started hittung the door.

Jin: YAH! YOU LITTLE BASTARD GET AWAY FROM HIM!! IMMA WHOOP YOUR ASS IF YOU GIVE HIM A SINGLE HICKEY!!! TAEHYUNG OPEN THE GODDAMN DOOR!!!!!!

The room was silence for a moment before Taehyung showed up infront of them. They looked behind and it was completely normal. Taehyung's face was just blank.

Tae: Why are you banging on my door?

Jin: Uh...well...hm...DID YOU BREAK SOMETHING!?

Tae: What no! I'm not dad.

His parents left for a meeting that evening. While doing his homework, he heard something on his window.
