Appearance: Unlike either of his sisters, Candor's appearance is completely his own. He never had time for makeovers or complicated surgery so he's just Candor. His hair is shockingly pale in the same way that Breeze's is and it's actually longer than hers, grown out and unkempt because he has no time to get it cut. He's a little bit pale from not being outside a whole lot, and not having any desire to fake a tan. More like Infinity than Breeze, he's tall and athletic in build while Breeze is small and lithe. He has dark brown eyes, like his sisters' would've if they hadn't both dyed their iris'. Candor isn't fake and godly in looks but he's nice looking in an untidy, unassuming way. Usually he looks like he hasn't slept in weeks and his glasses are askew and his shirt buttons are done unevenly and his hair is sticking up. But Candor doesn't even notice.
Personality: Candor is a bit... removed from the world because of his intelligence. With a photographic memory and a brilliant mind, Candor has never really been a normal kid. It made him cold and slightly aloof, not able to find a place with others his age because he was just smarter than them. However much of a genius Candor is, he can be arrogant to a fault. His pride is always his downfall in any situation. He can be a bit scatterbrained at most times. Candor has excellent control over his emotions, never letting them cloud his judgement. Unless the situation pertains to his sister Breeze. Candor's emotions only get the best of him when something happens to or with Breeze. She's the only person close to him, they're thick as thieves even though Candor doesn't care about most of humanity. He's quite bad at interacting with anybody else but Breeze.
Reason for sacrifice: It was a bit stupid, seeing as Candor's a genius, but he wanted to use this as a chance to learn more about the Games. He knew the only way he'd learn to be an exceptional Gamemaker was to experience the Games himself. It was risky but he figured he knew enough to win.
History: Candor is (technically) the second oldest of three siblings, his twin sister Breeze being an hour younger than him. He's the son of a jeweler and a District 4 escort, as well as the younger brother of Capitol sweetheart Infinity Rainbeau. Unlike Breeze, Candor never felt he was in the shadow of their sister as he was always exceptional himself. By the age of ten, he was already more intelligent than people twice, maybe three times his age. He invented things, learning anything he could on his own about anything there was to know. That was about the time the idea of becoming a Gamemaker was put into his mind. After that, that was his goal. He designed mutts and hallucination serums and such that were actually adopted into the Games. He was proud of himself, proud that he was smart. But he never let go of the goal of actually creating his own Games one day.
Token: A gold bracelet with an infinity symbol, three swirls, and a small set of scales etched in it. The inside is plated with rainbow colors. It's made to represent the three Rainbeau siblings, each of them had one.
