Chapter 16 : Fall for You

Kai POV
"It is not like what you see," Kyungsoo state, "We're just cuddling then we fell asleep together and that's all."

"It is not like what I see? Few minutes ago, you two were having skinship and now you guys sleeping together like you two are in relationship," I said.

"Jihyo, you should leave first," he said to Jihyo.

"But-"

"Shhh" he put his finger in her lips, "I'll ring you up soon."

She hesitates at first. Then she got up from the bed, walk passes me like nothing happen and out of the room. We were silent for a while until we heard the main door being closed. I turn myself facing him.

"Why?" I asked.

"I'm sorry, Kai."

"Why did you do that? You know I like her for years long. All those years, I had fallen for her. I thought I could trust you, Kyungsoo. Now, I lost my trust on you. I don't want you to be my assistant any longer. You're fired. You don't have to come to work anymore and I'm moving out. I don't want to walk in this apartment of yours with the memory of you two having skinship and sleeping together in this fucking room we shared."

"I already had your mom approval and I don't need you to fire me. I'm firing myself. Go a head and move out because I'm planning to sell this apartment," he said, walking towards the corner of the the room where all the packed boxes are.

He really plans to sell this apartment?

"I already packed some of your things except for your clothes so you can move out right away," he walk out of the room with two medium sized boxes in his arm. He stop in front of the door, "Hate me if that what you want. Let out your anger on me. Please don't hate Jihyo. It's stupid. We both fall in love with the same girl. I know who I am. Jihyo and I would never have the faith of being together. Not one day or someday."

Jihyo POV
"Not one day or someday," he said.

"What are you talking about? What with the 'not one day or someday'?" I asked.

"Forever," he replied, pinching my nose softly.

"Okay, what's with the forever now?"

"Forever mean eternally," he said.

"I don't ask for the meaning. What's wrong with you, Kyungsoo? You're being weird again."

"I'll tell you later but now let's enjoy our last time being together because we won't see each other after this," he said.

"Please don't say like that, you will visit me right?" I asked.

"Maybe and maybe not," he replied.

"Please just say that you will visit me. Maybe not as soon as you move to Taiwan. You can take your time. At least visit me once a year," I said.

"Okay. I'll visit you whenever I'm free," he said.

"Promise me then," I said with pleading eyes.

"And you're being childish right now."

"C'mon, it is not that hard to say that word," I said.
