Dylan and I are laying down outside of the old ,what I call, shed house. we just had breakfast and are just staring blankly into the sky above us, which looked like it might rain because of the dark clouds that are moving fast against the darkening sky.
"I think it's going to rain." I stated.
"I do believe it has a good chance of it." Dylan ,who's arm was around me, replied
"I like the rain."
"Me too, it always feels like a shelter, I have no idea why though, just does."
"Yeah I agree."
"So you said you left home, did you run away or just leave and expect to go back?"
"No! I don't ever plan to go back to that place, never." I said, realizing that half of the bruises on me probably came from my abusive home.
"Why? What happened" he asked.
"My dad is abusive and I can almost promise half of these bruises came from him." I said hiding the tears back, a father is supposed to love a daughter and my dad was the exact opposite.
"I'm so sorry, where do you live." He said taking my hand and planting a kiss on it, which made me blush. haha.
"Well about 60 miles-" he cut me off.
"What?! 60 miles? you ran 60 miles?!" he asked still holding to my hand.
"Yeah, who knew I could even run 2 miles." I chuckled.
"No wonder your so weak. I mean 60 miles is alot, you must have been in real danger." he said.
"Yeah...I was." I said letting tears escape. Dylan turned his head and wipe the tears away with his hand.
"Don't cry, you'll never be in danger with me here."
"For now on you mean..." I said.
"What do you mean?"
"Well you did sort of attack me and tie me up and stuff just saying." I smiled.
"I'm so sorry, I had to make sure you weren't part of...never mind." He said.
"It's okay, Dylan I forgive you." I said. The Dylan got up and laid on his side to where he was partly covering me.
"Really?" He was making sure.
"Yeah." I said.
"You know I've never met anyone like you." he said leaning down towards my face to where our lips where like 3 centimeters apart. He is so attractive.
"Same goes for you Dylan." He leaned in closer and our lips brush against each other. Then something rattled in the bushes and we both jolted up only to see a rabbit run out from it. phew.
"Let's go inside." Dylan said.
"Okay." I replied and he scooped me up and brought me inside.
