Chapter 17

Keith

"Y'all just weird point blank." Bryshere and Luke said.

"Whatever. I'm not gonna stop trying. She means everything to me."

"Awe. That's sweet." Woody said loudly. I smacked him in the face but not super hard.

"Ouch nigga damn! You and Camila got them hands." He rubbed the side of his face.

"This is Chris y'all." Elijah introduced his friend.

"Sup." I said.

"Sup." He replied. "Who's that fine girl over there." He asked. He was looking in the direction of Camila and Milani.

"Umm the one in the black is my girlfriend Milani." Elijah budded in.

"Not that one. The one in pink."

"Oooooooooooh." The guys cooed loudly.

"What? Is she not single?" He asked. I wanted to say something so bad.

"She's kinda not single and kinda is. It's complicated." Algee added.

"Yeah you should go talk to her." Woody suggested. I swear I wanted to punch him in his throat. Chris got up and walked over to Camila.

Camila

"Girl! Is he coming towards you??" Milani repeated.

"Maybe you."

"Hi I'm Chris." He introduced himself to both of us.

"Milani."

"Camila." I looked in the direction of the guys and they was staring hard as fuck.

"You're beautiful." He flat out said.

"Thanks."

"Do you have a boyfriend?" I didn't know what to say.

"It's complicated."

"If you truly still care for him then it's a yes." I said to myself in my head.

"I have a boyfriend." I answered.

"Is he here?"

"Umm if course he is."

"I'd like to meet him. Meanwhile, I'm gonna go get shaved ice." He walked away but not before running his hand over mine and kissing it.

Milani disappeared. How nice? I ran over to Keith and the guys.

"What did y'all do?" I asked hitting woody in the chest cause he was the main one smiling like a clown.

"Well Woody sent him over there." Elijah admitted.

"We said it was complicated when he asked was you single." Algee said shrugging.

"And what did you say?" I asked Keith.

"Nothing."

"Oh jeez. I don't want to be in a relationship with him no matter how cute he is. Even if we aren't together, please be my boyfriend real quick before he comes back."

"Fine. I'm only doing this for you." Chris was on his way back towards the guys and all so I got close to Keith and he and I started making out. His lips are always soft. We pulled away at the same time. And Chris looked shocked.

"So y'all are dating?"

"Yep." We both replied.

"Oh. Well imma be over here." He walked away.

"Damn. I could've pretended to be your boyfriend." Woody smirked.

"Woody shut up." Keith said pushing him a little.

"That was an intense kiss. Y'all might as well get together. Y'all were happier when y'all was together." Luke said.

"Sure was." Bryshere added.

"Camila?" Keith questioned.

"Okay okay. We should get back together." I said.

"Finally!!!' Milani and Eljiah yelled.

"Took you forever. My bro was lonely." Algee nudged me.

"I really was." He smiled. "Let's go talk." I followed him to the sand nearby the water. I plopped down on the sand and started on a sand castle with Keith.

"So anything new happened to you on our break?" I asked.

"Interviews. Umm alot of people asked about you when I'd go to the mall or stores."

"That's cool."

"You're not gonna leave me again are you?" He asked.

"No."

"Good. Cause I don't want you to leave me."

"I won't."

"Promise?"

"I promise."

"Pinky swear?"

"I pinky swear to you that I'll never leave you. As long as we are together, you won't be lonely."

"I'll make my promises to you soon. It's gonna be special and something that you will remember."  We got into the water and screamed together.
