Your POV
Now, I wouldn't be calling Rodimus perfect. Nobody's perfect. But in your optics, he was the most amazing robot in the space shuttle!
In other words, you were honored to meet you hero! Flying with him was voluntary but you liked to think that you were meant to be on this flight.
You were aboard the "Lost Light" (as everybot named it) and we're heading down the halls with Tailgate.
You and him were great friends and since you knew a lot about what went on in the war you were able to enlighten him on the 6 million years he missed. :/
You felt pity for him. He wanted to help in the war so badly and ended up taking the wrong shortcut at the wrong time, missing it all.
Another boy you were good friends would be Rodimus. After boarding the flight you and him had gotten to know each other better. He was always a show off but he showed everyone he was serious by making the right choices to help out in any bad situation. He was a great role model for a lot of the bots here. Ultra Magnus wouldn't admit it but he was super proud of him. But so far into the day (however you tell time in mid space) you haven't seen him anywhere. You asked most of the crew members and they had no idea either. But when you asked Ultra Magnus he laughed and told you not to worry about it, this only made you and most of the crew worry more.
That brings you to right now.
You and Tailgate were searching for Rodimus while talking about random things."
"Jezz, where the hell could he be?" You said aloud clearly annoyed.
"For all we know the only one who could have told us would be Ultra Magnus." Tailgate stated.
"Yeah...why do you think he laughed us off?"
"Don't know"
"Well hopefully we find him soon" you said ending the conversation.
Time skip
Rodimus had been missing for nearly the whole day, the only one not panicking was Magnus and through all the effort to make him crack he still wouldn't budge!
You got him to laugh again though, such a weird thing to see, Magnus laugh. You'd think it was a joke it you didn't see it.
You and Tailgate had separated due to Cyclonus needing help with something. This didn't bother you much, silence was what you needed for the end of the day. The ship being in such a buzz had given you a headache. Which was a surprise, the ship isn't even that big!
Pushing the thought of the ships bickering out of your tired mind you concentrated on finding a birth room. You where close to it when you heard a chuckle from behind you.
EVERYBOT knows that sound. Who could miss it? It's literally the only sound people pay attention to when the sky is falling. That right.

"I think I found out where the fearless leader might be.." He said behind chuckles. " he's been waiting for someone alllll day."
You looked at the maniac confused and angered. You always get bothered by him, he knew you didn't like it.
"Aright where is he?" You said clearing your mind again."
He had one foot ready to sprint and the other still in place, he leaned in with his head close to yours.
"Head down to the mainframe for a surprise!" He said finally running off.
You stared in complete disbelief...what a weird guy.
Time skip again
You were now in the doorway of the mainframe thinking why he would be in here. Doesn't he know this is a dangerous area to be in when the ship is flying? (Oh wait, this is Rodimus...never mind.😝)
You began to walk into the large room when you heard clanking noises from behind the generator.
You went to investigate while grabbing a broken pipe off the ground.
"Rodimus?..."
"Yeah?" The voice said casually.
You were stunned. He had been here all day?
You made your way around the generator where his voice came from and found him working on a part of it. He was covered in oil and had a wrench in his hand. You just stood there holding the pipe with two hands over your shoulder.
"W-wha?" You started.
"What? Didn't Magnus tell you I was working on the generator?" He said getting up.
"What! No! He left the entire ship in complete panic!" You threw down the pole and clenched your fists.
"Heh that's what Whirl said.." He scratched the back of his neck. "Probably should have told someone else.."
"Uh, yeah!" You continued to rant while he laughed and began to walk closer.
You hardly noticed, you were to busy swinging your arms around and listing our the reasons why he should have told Perceptor instead of Magnus and other things going on in the ship.
Soon though you where interrupted by a pair of lips touching yours.
You couldn't comprehend this! Your role model and leader was passionately kissing you! These thoughts soon cleared you mind, closing your eyes. You kissed him back though after your actions the kiss had ended.
"He also told me that you were the one who was worried the most..." He said looking down at you.
You looked away trying to hide your blush but he had snaked his arms around you when you were carried away.
"Well, yeah..your my hero and I couldn't help but feel that if something bad happened to you I would never have the chance to say that....I really like you." You said hugging him back.
"Great to know we feel the same." He said stroking your helm.
A moment of silence and hugging went by before you heard snickering behind you.
"Hahahahahahahaha, I knew it!!"
You both looked back to see whirl there laughing his aft off.
Let's just say, you and hot rod, hunted him down.
