"Hey, (y/n)!" You heard someone shout your name. You couldn't looks behind you to see who it was, right now you were working with some delicate stuff. Fixing the quantum generator was pretty tough for even the most experienced mech's! But unlike them you had raw talent for what you loved to do. But you guessed that the bot behind you was Sideswipe, mainly because of the slight country accent you heard in the voice. You always like your guys conversations, you even liked his music he listened to and even pulling pranks on Sunny. Everything you guys did was so much fun! "Yeah?" You asked pulling yourself out from under the machinery. You pulled yourself out half way, this was kinda your signal to who ever was talking to you to be quick so you could get back to work. As usual, you were met with an autobots ped. You looked up at Sideswipe with your signature smirks; you moved your safety goggles on to your helm. You saw that Sides was giving you the same smirk. "Ultra Magnus wants a status report on the progress your making." He said smiling down at you, " by the way, where's the rest of you?" He finished acting stupid. "Oh ya know, just just digging its way to China." You said making him laugh. "But I'm gonna need a little more time, around an hour." You say. "Oh okay." "Why, is Ultra getting uncomfortable?" "No, he's out scoping the (deserted planet) with Rodimus and the others, he just logged on to me to ask you how long they can be." He said. "Ah, I see." You said. "Well you don't need to worry about telling him, I will." "Alrighty then! I'm gonna go and mess with Sunny." He said walking away. You went back to working on the machine. *sigh* Another opportunity missed to prank Sunny.

Everybody was back on board ready to get on with their trip. You were thanked for fixing the generator by many bots. Apparently that's the fastest anyone's ever fixed the thing! Once Perceptor finished checking it around three times, you and the crew were ready for take off. You were walking around the hull enjoying the great compliments as you walked by friendly bots. Even Ultra Magnus have you a high five for your hard work!!! A LITERAL HIGH FUCKING FIVE!! How many bots can say that they've had that happen to them?!? FUCKING ZERO! As you gloated to yourself you felt to arms wrap around you waist. Suddenly you were lifted up off the ground and being swung back and fourth. "Hey girly! Great job getting us off the ground!" The voice said. Of coarse...it was Sideswipe! And surprisingly his twin Sunny...covered in silly string and cake. Dammit! Another awesome prank missed! He stopped swinging you around but kept put you on his left shoulder. You crossed your arms and looked down at Sides, he just smiled and looked at his brother. "Yeah, that was great work you did, (y/n)." Said Sunny glaring at Sides. (His nickname from me is Sides😊) You laughed at their stare down hysterically. The two boys walked their separate ways while you stayed on top of Sideswipe. "Hey, can I come down yet?" You asked looking down. "Nope, not yet! Me and the other bots have got somethin waitin for ya." He said. That would explain why the hull was mostly empty now, but at the mention of a gift you felt yourself getting pumped up! 'Aw hell yeah! Present here I come!' You thought. You and Sides rounded the corner and headed for your birth room. This day couldn't get any better! As you two stopped in front of your room, he set you off of his shoulders and joked with you. "You're actually lighter than I thought! Either that, or I'm to damn strong." he said flexing. "Gee, thanks!" You retorted huffing to your door. "Aw hun I didn't mean it like that!" He said following you. "I know you didn't" you say turning around facing him. You spin around again facing the door again hearing him sigh in relief behind you. You opened the door and saw a huge banner that said in big (f/c) letters "THANK YOU (y/n)!!!" You then saw all of the other autobots come out from different corners of the room and yell "SURPRISE!!" (Ultra Magnus hid under your blanket😆) You held your hands to your mouth, You couldn't contain your happiness! "Omg!! This is amazing! Thank you so much!" You said/screamed. Swerve walked up to you. "It no biggy, this is small thing compared to all the huge stuff you've gotten us out of." He said "Yeah, the whole crew owes you a big thanks." Said Rodimus. "I can't express my thanks enough" said Rung, "But if you really want to thank someone, it should be toward Sideswipe." "Really?!" Your eyes widened as you turned to look at him. He was rubbing the back of his helm. "Well, yeah, you do so much for us in record time...I though you would really like some thanks." "Oh my goodness...this is too much!" You say giving him a tackle hug.

"I still can't believe you guys did that for me" you say to Sides outside your door. "Well it's hard to believe some of the impossible things you've done for us!" He said grinning at you. You both laughed but afterwards awkward silence drifted through the air. "Hey...(y/n), I really need to tell you somethin..." "Yeah?" You say smiling at him. "I-.....I just have to admit that...I really, really think your amazing and I was wondering if you'd...liiike to go out sometime." He was looking down at his peds blushing a firery blue, while you stared back at him in shock. "You want to go out..? On a date...?" You asked. You hoped this wasn't a dream. "Yeah....." He said blushing more while nodding his head. You two stood in awkward silence until you managed to speak. "Yes!" You said hugging him once again. "Re-really?!" He said looking at you. "Of coarse!" You stood on your tip toes, snaked your arms around his neck, and pressed your lips against his. (Yes he's taller that you😜deal with it) You could feel his shocked expression and smiled into the kiss. After a moment you felt his arms move around your waist and him lean into the kiss. This day was perfect.... You pulled away since you needed air and looked at your soon to be date. "So where do you wanna go first?" He asked. "Dude, we can't really go anywhere, we're in space." You saw his smile faulter a bit but came back at what you said next. "But I guess the closest place to go would be my bed" you said giving him a smirk.
