Year 761 ([Name]= 11, Vegeta= 29)
After the yearlong voyage, including the mess with Arlia, the three Saiyans had arrived on Earth. [Name] only eleven, and still asked to keep out of the mess. That meant everything. They didn't really know, per se, there would be a battle. Upon arrival, they basically destroyed a whole city, but meh-- They prefer planets.
Nappa said, for [Name]'s sake, they were here to avenge Raditz. But, in all honesty, when she was sleeping during a trip to a planet, on the way, they decided to go after the Dragon Balls as well, filling her in on such information. She told them it was childish, despite the irony of her being a child, they went anyway.
The Dragon Balls, they hold the power to grant you any wish you want. Like, immortality. Or, the most comfortable women's underwear. And, immortality to the last of a dead race would leave the race unbeatable, eternal and perfect. What reasons would you have NOT to ask the Eternal Dragon for the wish of immortality.
"There was absolutely no reason to trash that city, you know." [Name] sighed as she looked around, rocks? Why were they out here in the middle of nowhere? Where was this? She knew they were on... Earth? Stupid planet name, truly, but where on Earth?
"There was minimal reason. But it was entertaining nonetheless." Vegeta said firmly, silencing his adviser's soft voice in a simple phrase. She frowned, but stayed silent at his side. Well, their little action welcomed many fighters to join them here. The current notion was they wanted to wait for someone, whomever 'Goku' was?
There wasn't much room for pondering, as in moments, both of the Saiyan males shrugged it off in hopes of battle instead of waiting. [Name] was forced to sit beside Vegeta, on a rock, watching Nappa turn Earth's measly forces into trash, with the help of the Saibamen.
"They killed Raditz...?" She questioned silently, frowning to herself as she sat there. Her legs were pulled to her chest, her arms propped atop her knees. The fluffy tail wagged behind her anxiously, watching as they killed the Saibamen, but their 'team' had killed one of the others. Someone called... 'Yamcha'? Sucks for him.
"Surprising. Since Nappa is barely using any of his energy." Vegeta hummed with a slight chuckle, turning off his scouter and re-crossing his arms over his chest, his tail wrapped around his waist, unlike his younger counterpart. "If I fight, you sit here. Understand?" She nodded her head against her forearms, her black eyes still watching the battle ahead of them. It was barely a battle, though. A little one-sided, really.
Both she and Vegeta were impressed to see some of them live and go head to head with Nappa. Huh. He was around five-thousand for power level, not too bad. And, these humans could last against him? Interesting. Her interest was piqued. Slightly...
In the end, there were three left and after Nappa suffered a slight injury, a break was demanded by the Prince. Though [Name] questioned it, she had nothing to say, and stayed silent. Three hours, that is how long they are to wait. She stayed with the Prince, waiting patiently, while Nappa went elsewhere for the duration of the 'rest period' as she referred to it.
Though, it was hard for the preteen to not fall asleep. Resting in the sunlight after watching a battle for about two hours, which came after a yearlong flight here, with added bonuses, obviously. As time ticked on, she was starting to drift off. Resting against Vegeta's shoulder, she closed her eyes a bit, not noticing the fact she was so drowsy.
"Tired, [Name]?" Vegeta asked gently, different from his more demanding tone with the earthlings. She tiredly looked up at him and shook her head 'no', but his chuckle only proved he knew better. "Sleep until the three hours are up." His voice was slightly firmer, but the slight smile tugging at his lips made her nod, close her eyes and relax against his shoulder.
