The month of January came and went in a flash and we are now in the second week of February which also happens to be Valentine's Day and I was taking Avery out for dinner to get her mind out of the wedding planning.
"Can you tell me again why I'm getting all dressed up when we could just have dinner here?" She asked but I shook my head while I watched her put her earrings on.
"Can't I just spoil my fiancée?"I asked and she looked at me through the mirror and raised a perfectly shaped brow
"And you can't do that here?" She asked skeptically and I shook my head with a smile that she roles her eyes too but I saw a smile creep onto her lips before she shook her head.

She looked beautiful. She had on a pink dress with a brown belt round the waist and white heals. She had her down in waves. While I on the other hand had on a black two piece suit with a white button up shirt underneath and black dress shoes with my hair spiked.
"Ready?" I asked and she nodded grabbing her hand bag. Nodding, I held the door of our room open for her to go out first before following behind. Checking my pockets to make sure I had everything, I grabbed her coat and held it for her and she smiled putting it on then I put mine on.
Opening the door of my car for her, I helped her in before closing the door and waking around the hood to the driver's side before getting in and pulling out of driveway and down the road toward the restaurant. The car ride was silent but it was a comfortable silence with the radio playing in the background. The moon was high in the sky with a few stars surrounding it. The night was beautiful, it wasn't to cold which was perfect. I was thinking of going for a walk after we ate and just enjoy the night.
A few minutes later I pulled into the parking lot of the restaurant making Avery look at the building with a smile. This was the same place I brought her on our second date. Musso and Franks Grill.
"I love this place" she gushed as I parks the car and shut the engine off before getting out and opening her door
"I know that's why I brought you here" I said and she smiled hiking her arms with mine as we made our way up the steps of the restaurant
"Hello welcome to Musso and Frank Grill do you have reservations?" The hostess asked and I nodded giving her my name and she nodded grabbing two menus and asking us to follow her. She stopped shortly after and handed us out menus letting us know that our waiter will be with us shortly to take our drink order
"We still have to decide the date" I said and she hummed. We had decided to have the wedding in July but we still needed to pick the date. It was between the 12th and 20th.
