Sonya's Story (Completed)

Chapter 10 - Chance

We jump as we hear a voice from behind. My heart was pounding till I knew it was Silver. "You scared the daylight out of me!" I say but I do feel relief that it was him. "Sorry" he laughs a bit. Naomi just looks at him as we talk normally. "So.. when is your friend going to stop staring at us?" I look over at Naomi and then she blinks a few times. "Naomi?" I say and she then wakes up. "Oh sorry!" she shakes her head. "I just... didn't think.." She looks at Silver. "I didn't think that Seth was like this.." He looks at Naomi. "Not in a bad way! Just I thought you would be... kinda like your father but you don't have one similarity between you and Erebus". His tail flicks as he sits. "Thanks.. I guess" His ears suddenly perk up and he growls looking in the direction behind me and Naomi. We then see Hunter appear. "I wasn't expecting to see you here.. Brother". We both look at Silver. "You made the job just that bit harder". "What job!" Silver says snarling and bares his teeth. "Let's just say father wasn't too happy that a certain someone got away". He says as he looks at Silver but starts to glare at me. My heart starts up again. "Stay back Hunter". Silver starts to become protective. "Unlike you I will NOT betray father!" Hunter growls. "I finally get the chance to show I AM better then you!". Hunter springs into action right for me but Silver steps in and goes to bite his throat. Hunter dodges the attack and goes at Silver behind the neck. Silver whimpers but growls and keeps on fighting. Both were quite evenly matched but in the end Silver just came out on top as he had a hold of his neck. He stands there. "You gonna finish the job brother". You could see in his eyes he wanted to but a few seconds after he says that his eyes go soft then he drops Hunter.

Naomi's POV

What the hell just happened?! Silver could've easily killed him. You could even see he wanted to yet he didn't but why? I can't understand it. My mother warned me of Seth being an evil wolf that would kill on sight if he can but.. This was not the Seth I was told about.

Silver's POV

I couldn't kill Hunter for one he may be evil but sadly he's still part of my blood only from mother's side. But the reason I really didn't kill him was because of White. She's made me show mercy, no she changed me not purposely but I want to change for her and become the mate she deserves.

Hunter's POV

I knew he grew weaker when he left cause of some girl but this brings it down to a whole new level. The only thing is... he should be weak but he's grown stronger. Last time we fought he didn't even match me. I had to get rid of White Wolf.

Sonya's POV

After Silver drops him everyone stands for a moment but I let a small smile out as I knew Silver had a kind heart to let his brother live. But that smile turns into shock when Hunter strikes suddenly and grabs Silver by the throat but this time Hunters teeth start sinking into the flesh in his neck that it bleeds. "PLEASE STOP!" I scream out pleading. I've felt pain before but this was nothing like I had ever felt before. Naomi growls and barks before running up at Hunter and rips into his back. At first I was worried but when Hunter and Naomi fought you could tell Naomi was more swift, agile and fast. She may not have the strength but she sure did put up a fight and really ripped into Hunter. "AH you little B*TCH!". She takes a chunk of flesh from his back and spits it out. "Why I already knew I was a female but I didn't think I was a small dog" She makes the smart a*s comment as he sneers and retreats. During the fight Silver had healed up alright but is bleeding a bit still so he would need proper food. "Thanks" He says as he faces Naomi. "You're welcome" she smiles.

Suddenly we see Akela come running in our direction. "Naomi! White!.." She then sees silver. Instantly she growls and Hunter comes up behind her smirking. "QUICK YOU TWO BEHIND US!" she growls and then barks showing her teeth to her gum line. I though stand between Akela and Silver ignoring Akela's command. Naomi doesn't stand between but she doesn't go behind Akela either. "This is bad.. I didn't know how far under his spell they were. "Spell?" I say as I look at Akela. "I certainly am most not under any spell thanks!" I snap. "Then why are you defending Erebus's son?". I look at her "You already know.. Because he's my mate" I look her in the eyes while saying it and she snarls. "You either stop seeing Seth..." "Silver", I reply as Silver told me he didn't like the name Erebus gave him. "Either you choose Silver or us am I clear". She went to a deep tone when she said Silver's name. "Fine me and Silver WILL find somewhere else to live then.. I don't need you besides I never really trusted you all I only stayed because Silver said himself it is safer for me but it certainly is not specially with the traitor in the pack". Gosh I had a lot to say but it was true. Akela stands there and I just walk off with Silver and Naomi following. "Naomi! You aren't going no where am I clear". She looks sadly at me and Silver but we both nod understanding the situation. "Crystal" she turns back sighing and follows Hunter and Akela back home.

I decided to add more of characters point of views (POV) so you get an idea of the characters and not just the main character. Anyway now that Sonya is out of the pack where will she go with Silver? read next chapter called Chapter 11 - The only place I know I will try and publish it this saturday on the 8th of April!
