A/N: Shout out for TrashHeapNo1, story was made just for you!

Hanzo growled as the cowboy sat at the table next to him, while McCree only chuckled and sipped from his cup of whiskey. They were in New York City, hunting down a Talon ringleader who pulled off an attack in Times Square. 50 people dead, only two people caught.

"This is not something to joke about, cowboy," the word cowboy was filled with venom. He cursed himself for being so easily convinced by McCree. It was one of his flaws yes, something that Genji had teased him about.

"So, you, have a crush on the cowboy.."

"What? That's absolutely p-preposterous!" Hanzo's cheeks turned red, he was partly right, it wasn't full on love at first sight, but, it was a crush.

Genji laughed, his prothetic arm slapping Hanzo's back. "Ah brother, you amuse me greatly sometimes." Hanzo only growled before stomping away from his sibling.

"Hey, uh, Hanzo, ya' there?"

"Hmm? Yes, of course, where else would I be."

"Alright, now finish yer uh sake so we can get a move on."

Hanzo gulped down the last of his drink, getting up before slamming a couple dollar bills on the table. They exited the bar, and onto the busy New York streets. Hover cars beeped and honked at each other, humans and omnics rushed past to get to their jobs on time. People gave Hanzo and McCree weird looks. But, to be fair, one looked like a Clint Eastwood wannabe and the other looked like he lost 18th century Japan in traffic.

McCree casually strolled towards the subway station, Hanzo followed quickly.

"Do you know where you are going?"

"Not at all darlin'. Do you?"

"You were supposed to plan out our route!"

"I don't got time for that, I was basically drownin' in all that paper work." McCree lit a cigar and pushed it in between his lips.

"You don't do paperwork, I do it all for you." Hanzo crossed his arms, tapping his toe impatiently.

A nervous omnic approached the two that were bickering, they were making quite a scene, but people were used to more weird things than those two.

"You are a lazy scum that doesn't do anything!" Hanzo continued to throw insults at McCree, and McCree just chuckled and smoked his cigar.

"Darlin', darlin', calm down, you're making a scen-"

"Excuse me." The omnic said timidly, looking down towards the floor. "Do you need help with directions."

"That would be greatly appreciated, thank you."

After explaining the subway lines to the two, they bought tickets and got on a train. The hover train happily chugged through the tunnels, and they watched an accordion player perform on the subways. McCree provided the vocals, which was absolutely horrible. Hanzo shook his head and smiled, noticing this McCree sang even more. And that smile eventually turned into a scowl.

He kept humming the tune of the song when they got off the train, and soon they stood in front of the apartment building where the apparent leader of the Talon organization lived. Hanzo slid a keycard into the slot. The light on the door handle shined green before clicking open, it was a nice building. Up in the borough of Manhattan, they climbed the steps, Hanzo drew his bow out of his sleeve. It extended and shifted until it was a long bow, he pressed a finger to his lip to signify silence. McCree seemed to get the idea.

He pulled out his revolver out of his hat, climbing up the steps until they reached the eleventh floor. Down a long hallway was a row of apartments, Hanzo approached 520 before knocking on the door.

Silence.

"Hello?"

Nothing moved, the only thing that was heard was the taut string of Hanzo's bow.

Hanzo opened the door, a bullet flew out of the doorframe and hit the wall behind Hanzo. He ducked and readied his bow, pulling the string. A couple more shots came from the door before there was silence.

"On three we go in, that alright with you darlin'?"

"1..."

"2..."

"3!"

Hanzo and McCree looked into the door where the window was opened, and the Talon operative climbed down the fire escape and onto the rainy streets. Hanzo growled and began running after the man who was now at the end of the ally, McCree was right behind him. After a couple blocks of running the man led them down an alley.

Something was not right, Hanzo was in a mad chase to get this man, but he managed to ignore the blinking.

"Darlin'! Watch out!" McCree tugged on Hanzo's shirt, pulling him back, it was too late, the explosive has already been activated.

BOOM!

Hanzo watched as McCree fell onto the floor, his arms sprawled out on either side of him. He was passed out, Hanzo fell onto the floor as well, blood gushing out of his temple before he fell onto the wet concrete.

"McCree.." He reached out his hand to touch his face, to grab him and pull him away from danger. But he soon fell unconscious as well.

The face of an angel poked into his view, they were in a hospital. Mercy looked down on him, her face full of worry. "Hello? Can you hear me?" Mercy's voice was distorted, "get me an I.V! Everything is going to be okay..."

"Where is McCree.."

Mercy pursed her lips before poking a syringe into his arm before pushing down on the plunger, he instantly fell asleep.

He woke to a bandaged head, he turned to his left. Looking at a worried McCree sitting on a chair.

"Oh darlin'!" McCree got up from his chair, kissing Hanzo's cheek, Hanzo screamed in pain before shoving the cowboy off with his tattooed arm. "I missed you, I thought.. you were going to die.."

"I will never die as long as you are with me."

"See, I told you sensei, I knew he had a crush on the cowboy!" Genji's voice came from the doorway, Zenyatta floated on the ceiling. Upside down, his sensors were usually blue, but now they were pink.
