Gone Bad (Draco Malfoy x Reader)

Chapter 3

An hour after the incident that happened to Malfoy. I received a letter from his father. Mr.Malfoy said that he knew what happened to his son and asked me if I could guide Draco Malfoy throughout his classes, and because he trusted me.

There's no reason to trust me. I could kill his son whenever I wanted to but I can't because I'm kind and I don't want to go to Azkaban. But why trust me? Our families are not even close. Maybe this is a bait. Maybe they want to have our family's earnings. Maybe they're using me as a gateway. What if they want to steal everything from our family. I can't allow that to happen.--- I need to calm down. Breathe in, breathe out.

I heard a loud scratching outside my window. It's my owl. Looks like my father sent me a letter. I opened the letter.

"Dear (Y/n),

I heard what happened to Lucius Malfoy's son. Lucius and I are a good friends now. And as good friend, we need to show good acts. I want you to take care of Draco Malfoy. That's an order from your father. I know you will disagree on this, but I promise that I will buy anything you want. And your mom and I misses you and your brother.

Love, (y/f/n)"

I threw the letter on my table. I jumped up and down on my bed. I threw all of my pillows, my books, and all of the things that I can see. I sat on my bed looking like a psychopath. Until Chloe entered the room.

"What in Merlin's beard happened here?" Chloe asked
"Wait. Are you alright? Who did this to you? Who touched you? I'm gonna hex whoever it is" Chloe said in a overprotective tone while scanning me

"I'm alright. Nobody touched me." I said

"Then what happened here?"

"It's just. It's---" I couldn't continue because I started crying.

Chloe hugged me and patted my back.

"It's alright. You can tell me" she said in soothing tone

"My father asked me--- he-- asked me to--- take care-- of that stubborn white ferret" I said while pausing because of the crying

"Ohh I see. If I were asked to take care of him, I would jump out of the window."
"Wait. Did I just gave you an idea? Please don't do that. Don't jump out of the window" she said while panicking
"Don't worry. I will not. I'm not gonna end my life for him. I'm sorry about this mess though. I will clean it." I said
After cleaning all the mess I made. I went to the infirmary to see that obnoxious loud mouth ferret.

"Hey." I said with a fake smile

He rolled his eyes and I felt that my presence is not welcomed. I can turn back if I wanted to,right? But I can't my kindness is telling me I should take care of him. Why am I so kind?

"What are you doing here, blood traitor?" he spatted

"I'm here to take care of you" I said in a kind tone but my anger is overflowing.

"Why? Do you like me?" he asked

"NO!I will never like you."
" It's because your father and my father asked me to."

"Psh. My father will not put me in danger"

"Well your father already did. Why are you in the infirmary if he didn't  put you in danger?" I said sarcastically

"Ugh. Pissed off. Just carry my bag" he said

"Is that your only request, your majesty?" I said sarcastically and carried his bag

And we went straight to the Great Hall.

"Sit beside me" he commanded

I sit beside him with no hesitation. I opened my book to amuse myself and to escape from this horrific event.

"Does it terribly  hurt,Draco?" Pansy asked
"I consider myself lucky. Without Madam Pomfrey I could lose my arm" he said

I rolled my eyes. I took my book and bag and I stand up

"Where do you think you are going?" he asked
"Far from here. It will just be a minute. You'll survive" I said and went to sit with the Golden trio

"What's the matter?" Hermione asked me
"My father asked me to take care of that white ferret. And I have a bad feeling that Hagrid might get fired and they might kill Buckbeak" I said
"I heard Draco's father is furious" Mione said

"HE'S BEEN SIGHTED. HE'S BEEN SIGHTED" Finnigan shouted
"Who?" I asked rushing to the other side of the table
"Sirius Black" Finnigan said

We scanned the newspaper.

"Dufftown? That's not far from here" Mione said
"Do you think he will come to Hogwarts? Do you?" Longbottom asked worriedly
"I don't think he can go here. They're dementors outside." Ron said
"But they're also dementors in Azkaban. If he pass the dementors in Azkaban he can pass the dementors here" I said
"What about Dumbledore, he can protect us. He will not let that mass murderer enter here." Harry said
"He will come here if there's a reason why." I said looking suspiciously at Harry

He raised his eyebrows at me.

After the conversation I headed back to the Slytherin table. And sat beside Malfoy.

"So. What's the news?" he asked
"Ohh nothing. Just Siruis Black is near here at Hogwarts" I said
"He's after Potter, isn't he?. I hope he gets killed this time" he said smugly

I gasped on what he said.

"How can you say that? You're worse than a mass murderer. Wishing for someone to be dead? You're such an awful person. No wonder no one can stand you." I said

I took my books and left.

"(Y/n)" someone shouted when I exited the Great Hall

I stopped walking and turned around to see Harry.

"I have a question" he said
"Okay" I said
"Earlier, what do you mean Sirius Black will come here if there's a reason why and you eyed to me suspiciously" he said
"Did I offend you? I'm very sorry." I said apologetically

"I'm just wondering"

"Well you know Sirius Black works for Voldemort and you know you kinda defeated The Dark Lord himself." I said

"I'm very sorry" I said nervously and looked down
"It's fine" he said with a smile
"Just be careful, Harry. I don't want you to get hurt." I said

"I don't want any of my friends to get hurt." I added

"I'll be fine, I promise" he said and smiled

"Well. I'm going to bed now. It's been a long day after all. You should get a rest too" I said and leave
