11 - Girl Talk

*ding dong

"Enter me now..."

*ding dong

"Please enter me now, Lucas..."

*ding dong

"I SAID ENTER ME NOW LUCAS!"

*BLAG! BLAG! BLAG! BLAG! BLAG! (lol that's a sound of a loud knock XD)

My eyes suddenly opened from a fantasy. Gosh I'm sweating right now.. I looked at the clock, and it's only 7 in the morning. Who the hell is knocking on my door? I swear I'm going to salvage that person behind that door who interrupted my beautiful dream.

I put my bunny slippers on, then quickly made my way to open the door..

Before I could turn the knob, the door suddenly opened slamming on my pretty face.. FUDGEEEEEEEEEEE @!$@™¢

"OUCH!" I groaned in pain.

"Oops.. I'm sorry Becs.." I heard a woman's voice said.

I know that voice.. It's my long-time girlfriend. Well my friend that's a girl, don't get me wrong.

*drum rolls*

It's NINA!!

Nina has been my bff since high school. Nina tops the class always. She also graduated with flying colors. She is a very smart, intelligent, decent, kind and pretty girl. I don't know why she has zero love life. I mean, she got all the qualities every men can look for. Well, it's none of my business anyway. Maybe she just wants to focus more on her career right now as an author. She's an amazing author. I really love all her books and I get it for free hehe... ;)

Nina's stories are deep, full of emotions yet articulate. I also wonder why she doesn't receive a Pulitzer Prize. Like duh, it's the most important award an author can gain. All of her books are amazing, except one, I guess.. It's called the "Queens". It's about a gay who pretended to be a guy and used a girl to make people think that he's straight. That story really slaps me in the face. That's why I hate that story, I know you already know why. I don't freakin' know why Nina wrote that book. Has she experienced it too? Oh my, I should ask her that.

By the way, Nina still have no any clue about my boyfriend, Lucas. I don't want to tell her yet. Because last time that I've told her about Henry, I was embarassed at the end. I really bragged about Henry to her. How Henry and I met at the bar, our dates, etc.. Then he just betrayed me. When I told Nina about that, she was really concerned about me and comforted me until I finally recovered. That's the reason why I don't want to tell Nina yet about my relationship with Lucas. I want to make sure first that we are really meant for each other before I could tell Nina about it, to avoid the embarassment also, like what happened to me and Henry. I don't want that to ever happen again..

"I'm ringing your doorbell several times already, Ms. Sleepyhead!" she scolded me.

"Fudge you, I'm having my wonderful dream before you came, Ms. Trespasser" I replied putting my arms to my waist.

"Duh, I rang your doorbell first. I even knocked for shit's sake" she answered back

Well she got a point, but I have to win this battle...
