Adelyns pov
We finally arrived at the house.
"By sweetie, I love you. Make sure you call me later!" mom calls out the window.
"I will, love you!" I reply while getting out of the car. I get in the house and lock the door.
It's 3:30, Nash is picking me up at 6 so I have 2 hours and 30 minutes. I decide to go to the kitchen and grab a snack. I get a lunchable and a juice. I got to the living room and turn on the t.v. I watch t.v for a few.
Nashs pov
Its 4 o'clock only two more hours til I go pick Adi up. I decide to clean my room and the living room. Shai has already been here.
"Dude are you sick?" Hayes asks.
"Um no?" I reply.
"You're cleaning?" He says.
"Yes, Adi is coming over remember?" I ask.
"So you get all ocd?" he asks while laughing.
"Just go!" I shew him away while laughing.
I finished cleaning. I went downstairs.
"Hey mom, I'm inviting a friend over is that fine?" I ask my mom.
"Sure! Who is she/he?" She asks.
"She is Adi." I reply.
"oh la la!" she says.
"Mom he even cleaned his room!" said Hayes.
"Hayes go away!" I say.
"Hayes leave your brother alone!" mom says.
He laughs.
"Well I'm going to pick her up at 6!"I say.
"Thats fine hun, can't wait to meet her! Sky will be so happy!" she answers.
I make sure the house looks decent. I pick out a few movies. A funny one, a scary one and a romantic chick flick. I decide to get out some snacks. I get Doritos, popcorn, mini subs, candy, and some chocolate covered strawberries. I also grab a few drinks. I get monopoly, sorry, and life out to play. We also have our xbox and play station. Everything is all set up.
It's now 4:45. I decided to text Adelyn and see what she was doing.
'Hey! -N' I sent to her.
'Hi, Nash? -Adi' she replied
'Yes, whats up? -N' I asked.
'Not much about to get ready, wbu? -Adi' she answered.
'Same. Oh and don't dress up or anything. Its just a lazy night. -N' I sent.
She replied, 'Gotcha. -Adi'
'Oh and wear my shirt back over lol, I'd like it back ;) -N' I say.
'sure thing mister;) goin 2 brush my teeth and hair and finish getting ready see u at 6! -Adi'
I read her message and decided to not reply she seems busy.
It's now 5:30, I take a look in the mirror, put on my shoes, grab my keys and head to my car.
Adelyns pov
Its 5:30, I already brushed my hair and decided to pull it in a messy pony tail. I still have Nash's shirt on. I decide to wear a pair of black nike sweats and my slides. I put on some mascara. I look decent and comfy. Perfect. I love days where I can look like this. I feel alittle awkward going to Nash's house for the first time dressed like this, but he said too. I laugh. I grab my side bag and head downstairs. I get my charger and stick it in my purse. I decide to call my mom before I leave.
* RING RING RING*
"Hello." I say.
"Hey hun, whats up?" she asks.
"Waiting for my friend to get here, hows work?" I say.
"Have fun! Oh and you know just peachy. Its work, nothing fun." she says.
"Well be careful driving home mom, I'm going to let you go. I love you!" I say.
"Okay babe, be careful love you!" she says.
I hang up the phone, it's now 5:55. I hear a horn honk outside. I look out the window, its Nash. I grab my bag, turn out the lights and lock the door. As soon as I walk outside, Nash is already out of his car opening the door for me. I get in, he does the same.
"You look comfy." He says smirking.
"As well as you, I think you like copied my outfit!" I say.
"Pretty sure I was wearing sweats and a t'shirt first! Oh, I really like that shirt you are wearing. It looks uh.. awfully familiar!" he says.
I laugh, "You're goofy!" I say.
"Everyone's excited to meet you! Shai hasn't shut up about getting to hangout with you." he says.
"Aw!" I say.
He smiles and turns on the radio. Blurred Lines comes on. Nash is singing and being goofy.
"I feel so luckyyyyy you wannnnnna hug me?" he says.
I say, "What rhymes with hug me?"
We just sing and laugh together having a good time.
We shortly pull into his drive way after a few more minutes of driving. I start feeling really nervous. He parks, we unbuckle and he opens my door.
"Thank ya!" I say.
He nods and smiles.
We began to walk up to his house.
Chapter 6 was alittle short, sorry! But I had a super busy day, but I also said if I got 2 votes I'd upload a new chapter. I got 4 votes! So I wrote the Chapter. I hope you all are enjoying my story so far. I'm going to start leaving little notes after the chapter like this for you all to read! Can I get 4 votes for a new chapter?
