Trees swayed and bushes rustled through the night. A bolt of light leapt across the dark sky, illuminating the horizon. Thunderous roars echoed through the valley shaking Frost to her core. "Man, it's really nasty outside, eh Lexi?". Across the room was a black she-cat curled up in a blanket, "yeah, yeah sure it is, now can you please let me sleep?", the she-cat said groggily. The white she-cat leapt onto the windowsill, "but why would you want to sleep when there's all this excitement going on outside?", Lexi poked her head out from under the blankets "because I need sleep, Frost! And you do too!" She hissed at her sister. Frost leapt down from the windowsill and walked over to her sister's bed, "get your own bed." Lexi grumbled from under the blankets. "Hmm, how about... no!" Frost playfully pounced on Lexi. "Hey! What are you doing?!" Lexi screamed. Frost curled up next to Lexi, "I hate you, you know that?" Lexi grumbled. "Of course you do" said Frost, teasingly.
