Chapter 10: Caught

Hey guys. Sorry for not updating. I had exams coming up and graduation to worry about. And I thought that I had figured out what I was doing for college but another school came up and now I'm debating on whether or not to go to that school which is in North Carolina or go to Columbus State. Plus I've been having softball games 7 days a week and I'm almost done with that. And my brother is in San Antonio, TX for boot camp for the Air Force, he graduates next Friday. So yeah a lot going on lately. But I'm getting ready to make a schedule to make sure I'm on a normal schedule to update.

When Bellamin told me that Molly and Brian had broken up, I was shocked. No wonder Molly and Brian were acting strange towards each other. For the next few days, Brian and Molly wouldn't talk to each other but they could be in the same room and act as nothing happened between them.

One day, Bellamin was talking with Adoward, Alivyre and I. Katherina came over and saw the 4 of us talking to each other as if there was no separation between popular and non-popular kids.

Katherina yelled, "What are you doing, Bellamin? Talking as if they're your friends? What is wrong with you?"

"If you must know, Katherina, they are my friends. I was making sure that Adoward was alright after what happened to him last week"

"Well everyone knows to stay away from Darrell's girlfriend. So I think he deserved to get beat up"

Adoward spoke up, "Here's the thing, I didn't know she was behind me until he said something. If he didn't say anything I would have never had known at all"

"Well that's your own fault" replied Katherina, "Oh by the way Bellamin, we're through", and walked away.

I looked at Bellamin, he didn't seem upset. He actually looked relieved that she said that they were through.

"You don't look upset Bellamin"

"Hm, oh our parents forced us to date each other. I have never liked her. So in other words, I'm happy she broke it off"

That actually explains a lot. He always looked like he wanted nothing to do with her but was somehow forced to stay with her.

"So you never liked her", Alivyre asked.

"No. I've always had my eyes on someone else" he replied.

"Really who?" I asked him.

Next thing I know he hugs Alivyre. Adoward and my mouth dropped. I'm pretty sure Adoward was not expecting this but to admit neither did I. I think Alivyre was more shocked than the two of us but hugged back because I knew she liked him too.
