"WAKE UP! WAKE UP!" Cass yelled.
I was under a bunch of blankets on the couch in the living room. And she was jumping on the side of the living room.
"I will slap you if you don't shut the F now." I said. She stopped yelling and jumping.
"You've been off for like the whole day..." Cass rolled her eyes. "I made homemade chicken nuggets. Maybe you could tell me what's going on while we taste." She suggested.
"Or maybe I could sleep like for a week... well till I get back to work. You know." I said and covered my head with the blanket.
"Omg Izy, I'm your best friend. Why can't you just tell me what's wrong?" She asked while she took the blanket off my head.
I ignored her and grabbed my phone. I then saw that I had about 15 missed calls from Cameron and like 2 missed calls from Aaron. I rolled my eyes and then put down the phone again and the pull the blanket over my head again.
"I can't deal with you." Cass ended up saying and I heard her leave the living room. I then uncovered my face and I saw that my phone wasn't there anymore.
"Shit!" I yelled and quickly got up and ran to the kitchen where Cass was on my phone. I ran to her but it was to late.
"Hello?" I heard Cameron's voice.
"Sup, it's Cass." Cass said.
"Oh... I don't know what's wrong but why didn't Izy respond to like my 15 phone calls." Cameron asked.
"I don't know. Why?" Cass asked looking at me.
"Izy?" Cam quickly said.
"Don't talk to me." I quickly said and grabbed the phone and hung up.
"What the hell?" Cass asked.
I quickly went in my messages and showed the picture Taylor sent my to Cass.
"Ohhh." Was the only thing that Cass could say. "There has to be some kind of explaination." She added.
I walked to the refrigerator and grabbed a fiji water and opened it. I was completely ignoring her. I didn't feel like talking.
"I'm just wondering why the hell would Taylor send this to you? I mean he asked if you were mad? Something about this is not right." Cass added.
I just grabbed the phone and looked at the picture but then rolled my eyes again. Then my phone rang and it was Aaron.
"It's Aaron, you can speak to him." Cass said. "Maybe he will expla-"
Before she could end her sentence I declined the phone call and walked back in the living room.
"I don't get this." Cass said following me.
I grabbed the remote and opened the TV.
"Are you going to ignore me forever. I mean you love chicken nuggets. I made some and like-" she started but I just elevate the volume of the TV.
"Why this even affecting you that much anyway. You both aren't dating or whatever." She said. I looked at her.
She wasn't wrong. He had the right to do this and I wasn't even supposed to act like this. Was I being jealous over someone that isn't even my own?
I looked at her. She seemed really concerned.
"It's true that I like chicken nuggets." I said and her concern expression on her face left. She had a smile.
"Then let's go eat them then." Cass said and I nod.
I basically closed the TV. We were then walking to the kitchen together when my phone rang. I looked at it was Cameron.
"Let me handle this." Cass said and picked up.
"Finally." I heard Cameron say. "What's going on?" He asked.
"You call one more time and I will have no problem blocking you." Cass said.
"Cass?" He said confused
"Bye now." Cass said and hung up. I looked at her and she did a hair flip and smiled. "I'm the best." She said and I giggled.
"Where are those chicken nuggets at?" I yelled as Cass went to pick them from the oven.
"That's my girl." Cass said and pulled her arm around me while we sat down at the kitchen table.
