Cyril POV:

It was evening here, and the slowly setting sun was blazing in the sky. My ankle was better, and I was able to run normally now. Getting my bearings, I ran up one of the sets of stairs that led to the floor of the throne room. The soles of my shoes slapped loudly against the floor, and echoed throughout the throne room. Loki sat in his seat, and seemed to be...observing something. 'It must be the fight,' I rationalized, jogging up to meet him. He caught sight of me, and jumped up, striding toward me. "You're safe," He spoke, gripping my shoulders and checking me for injuries. "Oh, thank the gods you're alright," he sighed, before noticed my bloody pant hem. Crossing my right leg behind the left, I quickly lied. "Nothing. Nothing's wrong. No need to worry about me. Now, let's just go let those frost giants in. Whaddya say?" I asked, beginning to walk towards the throne before Loki stopped me. "What did they do to you?" he asked in an angry voice. "They didn't do anything. They were just taking precautions," I mumbled, tapping my almost healed foot against the ground. "I knew I shouldn't of taken you with me. And I know that injury has to hurt. As the portal you opened closed, I saw an arrow stuck in your ankle," he said in an agitated manner. I stepped a little closer to him, and gave his shoulder a small shove. "Hey. Don't worry about me. I can hold my own and something like this? It's nothing. So don't even try to beat yourself up over this. I did it for you, and I'd glady do it again," I stressed, looking away. "Don't do it again Cyril. It's not worth it," Loki replied quietly before walking away. I froze, before looking up after him with what can only be described as a broken expression. "Not...worth it?" I repeated in a whisper, and stumbled and backward. Loki was slumped in the throne, and I observed him, desperately trying to figure out what to do. "I'm going to meet the Jotuns. And if I see the others that left, I'll make sure they don't make it up here," I stated, walking towards the balcony. "You're going to what? Cyril, no." Loki ordered, racing towards me as I neared the balcony's edge. "Cyril, watch where you're going you'll fall straight off the-" he grabbed my arm as I reached the edge and threw myself off. "-Edge," he sentenced finished in a rushed breathe of air as we fell. The balcony was higher up than I thought. I wouldn't be able to stop our crashing, there were too many objects in the way. Adrenaline coursed through me, making my blood boil and shoot through me. A building stretching feeling in my back began, and I groaned. Pain split across my upper back as two foreign objects ripped through my skin and clothing. Grabbing Loki's arm, I slowed our fall, and looked up to find a pair of large, downy wings flapping clumsily above me. They were streaked with bits of dark pink that appeared to be my blood and muscle. Lifting him upward, I slipped my arms under his, and hauled ass upwards. "This...wasn't one of my..hng..brightest ideas!" I gasped and ended with a squeak. Finally, I reached the balcony, and upon letting Loki go collapsed upon it. "Hurts.." I whined, shivering my wings a little. My left ling was lifted, and I found Loki examining it. "If it makes you feel better, they're very pretty. Soft as well," Loki mentioned, petting the feathers. "Thanks. Sorry for almost killing you, by the way," I apologized, sitting up. "Cyril, I am a god. It will take a lot more than one tiny fall to dispose of me," he assured. "Now come, we need to greet our guests and give them a proper welcome," Loki said, grinning.

-At the bi frost-

I was ordered to stand quietly and help escort the Jotuns to the castle, but first we had to deal with Heimdall. As we walked down the rainbow bridge and approached Heimdall, Loki began to talk. "It's come to my attention that a few...certain individuals managed to leave Asgard in order to meet another man in Midgard," he said cooly, as Heimdall regarded him with wary eyes. "Which is why I am relieving you of your duties as the Guardian of this Realm," Loki commanded, and seemed to wait for a response. "Well, if that is what you desire, then it also means that I no longer have to follow your orders," Heimdall responded, then reached back for his sword. However, instead of swinging at Loki, he turned to ME! Too shocked to move, I stood still. Ice quickly began to freeze him as Loki used the Casket, but the sword still managed to cut into the flesh of my upper arm. Jerking away from the now icy sword, I faced Loki, and found that he had turned blue. I caught his eyes, but he quickly looked away. As he faded back to normal, Loki opened the bi frost to let Laufey in. My wings were still about me, and I shielded myself and my friend protectively as the giant entered the dome. "Welcome to Asgard," Loki smirked, "Cyril, lead the way," I nodded curtly, and gestured for the intruders to follow. Walking across the bridge, I felt what seemed to be a hand caress my right wing. Instantly I jumped into the air, flapping furiously. "Now, now. Don't be so tense," Laufey laughed, and I glowered at him. Shooting a glance at Loki, I screamed into his head. 'When this is all over, I swear I'm going to kill this creep!' Jolting a little, he stared at me, surprised. Agitated, I observed the bi frost. "I'm going to stay behind and watch for the others that you said would be arriving," I voiced, flapping anxiously above the two. Loki agreed, and I stayed behind, sitting right outside the entrance of the golden circle
