Cyril:

Loki stood with his back to the door. He was motionless, and offered no reaction as I crept into the room. I came closer and closer to the glass until eventually my nose brushed against it and my hands were lightly pressed against the wall aligned with my head. Still, no reaction. Suddenly, he was in front of me, smirking down at my smushed up face. I jumped backwards, and glared at him.
"Fuck. Of course it was an illusion," I groaned, facepalming.
"Did you truly believe that you were capable of sneaking up on me?" he asked, still grinning.
"Of course not!" I snapped irritatedly, leaning against a metal railing. "All I did was walk into the room, and you didn't turn around to greet me. It's called proper etiquette you jerk,"
"Well, I really don't see any reason for manners when my hosts have locked me in a glass cell," Loki fired back.
"We don't really have a choice! You're kind of trying to take over the world, and a lot of us are really not okay with that. Besides, even if you did take over you would most likely be overthrown within the first year. Just give it up," I encouraged, and he rolled his eyes.
"Yes, yes, I'm sure that is exactly what is going to happen. Humans are going to revolt against a god with an alien army and win. That's definitely possible," Loki said sarcastically.
"You are one sarcastic little fuck, you know that?" I told him in an annoyed manner.
"And here I was thinking that you liked me," he sighed, and turned away.
"I like you when you're not trying to take over my planet and are tucked away happily in Asgard," I informed him.
"Ah. I'm afraid you're going to be very disappointed, mortal," he smiled again, and I smiled back.

"I'm not disappointed. We're basically in the same boat anyways. Do you not remember that I have to go back to Asgard also? All in all, it's most likely you that's going to be the disappointed one," his smile fell as I finished talking. "Oh, by the way, has anyone else paid you a visit today?" I asked sweetly, twisting my hands behind my back.
"As a matter of fact, yes. Your redheaded agent came in and spoke with me," he answered, and I laughed. All of a sudden, an explosion vibrated through the airship. The ship shuddered and jerked sideways.
"What the shit?! Dammit Clint!" I shouted, gripping the railing for support. The only reason I could think of for the explosion was because Clint had taken out an engine. "Shit shit shit," I cursed, and ran over to the control panel. Casting a glance back at Loki, he caught my eye and smirked.
"Laugh all you want, you smug bastard, you're not going anywhere," my hands hovered over the panel before finding the proper button, "-but DOWN!" I shouted and slammed it with my palm. Loki's expression turned to one of shock and fury. As the glass case began to discharge, I zipped to the cell and teleported inside. The cell plummeted downwards and we both slammed against the reinforced ceiling.
"What was the point of dropping me from the ship if you're only going to follow?!" Loki shouted as we bumped about the container.
"I'm not letting you out of my sight for one goddamn second!" I shrieked back at him.

"Wouldn't it be more logical to keep me on the plane?" he called as we spiraled closer to earth, still a few thousand feet above the ground.
"I have my reasons!" I replied, thinking of the scepter sitting safe and sound in Bruce's lab. I

pushed off the glass wall and grabbed onto Loki's left wrist with my right hand. Handcuffs appeared over our wrists and clicked together. Concentrating on the glass, I created a pressure against all the panes. They exploded apart, and we soared out through one of the gaping windows. I grabbed Loki by the shoulders as the cell fell away from us. My wings unfurled (fully formed this time) and carried us up and away. I paused and flapped in the sky. The remnants of the cell crashed below, and a belch of flame and smoke billowed upward.
"That was close," I remarked, staring down at the carnage.
"Your idle jabber is infuriating. Bring us down to the earth, you fool," Loki hissed.

"Currently, that part of the earth is on fire. So that's a no-go," I replied sassily.
"Then fly over the wreckage," he instructed angrily.
"Kay, hold on a sec," I grunted, and threaded my arms under his, hugging him tightly to my chest. Flapping hard, I took us over the demolished cell and searched for a nice place to land. A decently sized field surrounded by forest came into my view. I let out an enthusiastic cheer before angling my body to the new landing sight.
"At long last," Loki said as we touched down. Naturally, he landed first since he was in front of me.
"I'm tired, carry me!" I declared, and wrapped my legs around his waist.

"Don't touch me!" he cried, reeling backwards.

"You know, we used to be friends once!" I said in a strained tone, "as a matter of fact-," he fell backwards, and I slammed onto my back, my wings spasming outwards. My legs were still around him, and I looped my ankles around each other. "You came to me first! Sure, I was out cold, but if I'm correct you visited me multiple times!" he jerked up and turned around, crawling over me. We were face to face, and I stared at him defiantly. A smile tugged at the corners of my lips as an idea flitted through my head.
"The only problem is..." I said slowly, "..you don't remember!" I yelled and with a heave, threw my fist into the side of his head. He flew off of me, and rolled to a stop a few feet away. Unfortunately, I forgot that we were connected at the wrist. Grass shredded apart as I skidded into Loki. Without a moment to lose I jumped up, pulling him to me by the collar and examined his head. 'The Chitauri probably did quite a number on his brain. Do I just...keep hitting him until his eyes change colors and he remembers me?' I wondered to myself.

"How dare you," Loki opened his eyes and glared at me. His fist flew out and a bright light flashed in the sunlight. Pain blossomed beneath the left side of my ribcage, and a warm liquid began to soak through my suit.
"Ghe-AAGH!" I cried out, and hunched over. Loki started to push me away, and I retaliated. Gripping his shoulder, I hit him on the right side of his head repeatedly. Having a brief flashback to an old health class lecture where I learned the different areas of the brain.
"Now, if I keep hitting you right around here you'll either get some damage undone or a concussion. You'll survive either way!" I reassured and grit my teeth. Loki faltered, and I pulled my fist back to land a final hit. Letting it fly, I heard a solid crunch beneath my knuckles, and I pulled back in pain. He fell to the ground and lay there, taking me down with him. Sitting up, I pressed a hand to my side and felt around. A small stick of metal jutted out from my flesh. Seeing as Loki hadn't stirred, I gently grabbed the pointy object I had been stabbed with. Gingerly, I plucked it out and held it up for inspection. It was a tiny dagger that Loki had apparently been keeping on his person.
"Dick move, jerk," I growled as he let out a pained wheeze. Laughter rumbled from his throat and I raised an eyebrow in turn.
"In what way is my beating the absolute shit out of you amusing?" I prompted, resting my chin on my fist.
"Reckless. I like it," he laughed, and I stared at him, puzzled. Blocking the shade, my right wing hovered daintily over us, blocking the afternoon sun. I felt a pressure against the bloody tear in my suit and I jumped.
"Hmm. Healed already? Fantastic," he observed his hand that rested against my side, and I sighed.
"Yeah yeah, I'm an additional wonder to the first seven. Now tell me, what do you recall before you fell?" I questioned, looking him dead in the eyes. After no immediate response was offered I turned away, defeated.
"You woke up once before," he said suddenly, and I blinked.
"What?"
"Long ago when my father told us of you, I was one of the only ones to lay eyes on you. In accordance to that, I was, in fact, the only child that could see through the glass," he admitted while staring into the bright blue sky.

"I feel like we're getting somewhere, but I'm still not sure..." I trailed off uncertainly.

"I am afraid that I will not be divulging information with you anymore today," he replied with a smirk and began to get to his feet.
"So... we got somewhere?" I figured as I was pulled up with him.
"I suppose so. Now, wouldn't you like to leave this desolate place?" he suggested, looking at me over his shoulder.
"Where would we go?" I asked suspiciously.
"I would like to take a visit to the place you call 'New York,'" Loki told me, and I cocked my head to the side. I was about to reply when my com buzzed. Holy crap, I forgot I had it in! Quickly I clicked it on.

"What's the sitch?" I asked excitedly.
"LaaAAAmmmMMEEeee," A loud voice drawled in my ear.
"Dammit Stark, what the hell is going on?!" I barked in reply.
"Coulsons dead. One of Loki's agents informed us-after a brief interrogation- that he would be heading to New York," Tony informed me, and I let out a small hum.
"Got it. When do I need to be there?" I asked.

"Well, when you get there you're going to get it seeing as you're the last person Loki was with. Steve and agent Romanoff are in a jet heading over to the city. Banner and Thor are missing, oh, and also when you get to New York head over to Stark tower, that's where Loki should be situated," Tony said.

"I'm on my way," I grinned and clicked off the com.

"Pack your bags, bitch, we're going to New York!"
"I have no bags to pack," he replied monotonously, and my smile fell.

"Shut up, funsucker," Before he could shut me down I grabbed his wrist and imagined Steve's apartment.

"What are you doing, can't you just--Oh that's right you can teleport," Loki realized as we vanished from the field.
