- saying goodbye to your life is hard, especially if you are going to leave everything and everyoneyou ever knew.
I walked into school, lost in my thoughts that today is the last day for me here, it’s the last day for exams and it’s the last day for me here in this town.
"Misakiiiii!!!" I heard Hikari shouting from behind me. Ohh I forgot, Hikari is my best friend and we have been best friends since kindergarten. She was in shock when she knew that I was going to move, which made her decide to stay with me every second until I leave.
"Hey Hikari, ready for the exam?" I asked as we walked to the class, today we have our Biology exam, it sucks real badly as we studied the entire book in one night and managed to finish it however we didn’t get to sleep.
"Hey I'm ready, but I'm not ready for you leaving me!!!" she shouted and started hugging me really tight
"Can't breathe here, need air" I said pushing her of me
"Sorry, but don't leave me Misakii please" she got closer for another tight hug, but I moved away
"You know I want to stay, but it’s not in my hands"
"Yeah I know, anyway lets go exam about to start"
As the exam started we started to solve, there was a cheating network working in the entire class room they were so obvious yet they weren’t caught once. The exam wasn’t hard; however there were some questions that were unanswerable.
"God I'm going to miss this school like hell"
"We are going to miss you like hell"
"John, Hikari guys I'm going to miss you a lot" I ran and hugged my two best friends; John was a sweet guy we knew each other since the third grade when he accidentally spill the colors on me.
"Come on we'll walk you home and then we'll stay with you until you are ready to go" John said as he placed his hands on our backs and started to push us out of the school.
We stayed in my room most of the time and they help me pack most of me things, then came the moment that I never wanted to come I was leaving and its really happening
"Misaki, come on we have to leave now" my mum shouted across the house. My mum Misa Mei she's Japanese as for my dad his name is Hady Park he's Egyptian, we live in LA, but because my father got a great job offer in a small town in north California we are moving.
"Well I guess this is goodbye" my eyes were teary and I didn’t want to hold my tears anymore
"We are going to miss you a lot Misaki" John said as he hugged me tightly and the Hikari joined the hug
"Me too, now you two take care of each other for me and John don’t let anyone bully my sweet Hikari"
"Yes sir" John saluted me as if he's in the army and then we all started laughing
We hugged one last time and then i entered the car, as we moved further i can see my friends’ disappear 'this is it, goodbye old life hello new one'
