Phil's got something big planned for Dan for his birthday. He really wants to surprise Dan too. So I'm going to help. I gathered everyone real quick so I can tell them. "Katie, we still have things to do for tonight." my father said. I replied, "I know, but we need to help Phil." "Help with what?" Jake asked. I said, "With keeping Dan out of his room until after the ceremony is completely over. Phil is setting something up in there and doesn't want Dan finding out like he does every year." "Alright, sound like a plan." Lily said. Everyone agreed and we went back to finishing up the decorations for Dan's birthday and initiation. It's all so exciting.
