The Spiritual Salesman is in control of his emotions. He is in control of his thoughts. He is in control of his actions.

He enters each and every negotiation with a silent prayer of good intention and releases all expectation of any desired outcome. He becomes still and he allows positive thoughts to flow into words and he follows through with decisive, positive action. He is aware that only positive outcomes can come from positive thoughts and negative outcomes from negative thoughts. He is aware that this is the common denominator of all pain and all joy.

He knows that if he reacts when the time is not right , he corrupts the flow of the negotiation and the circle of mutuality remains incomplete. He listens for buying signals, questions of interest about his services which are concealed with defensive and guarded words . He internalizes and polishes them into benefit and value to the asker, the very client of who is of service to and presents the solution to the client, polished and ready to change hands.

By bending with the requests for peace of mind and reassurance he places the client at ease and wins the trust and confidence of his customer, securing the sale. He understands that by bending he does not break the agreement they have reached and hence victory belongs to both.

Another full circle of service is complete.
