Nayeon couldn't deny, she was trying hard avoiding meeting Jinyoung as much as she can, and more importantly not leaving them two alone.

She managed to do it on Monday, but not on Tuesday.

"Nayeon, can we talk?" He asked as there were alone in their seats.

"Why do you need permission?"

She asked back, she was trying to sound cold but not that cold. Jinyoung is a smart guy, he would notice something was wrong between them if she acts really different suddenly.

"You were avoiding me the whole day yesterday."

She acted like it wasn't a big deal. "I was busy, Mr. Park, you clearly know we have a big day this weekend."

"Tell me what happened last Friday." He went straight to the point.

"We were drunk, how could I remember that?" She stated logically.

"Nothing happened between us?" Jinyoung pondered if he was stating or asking that.

"You don't remember, I also don't remember. Let just it be like that." Nayeon doesn't know how long she can act like this.

"You're not curious?"

"No."

"Well, honestly I am, I've been having blurry dreams about that night."

"So, you remember?" Nayeon tried to hide as she was a little panic but sighed relief when Jinyoung shook his head, there was a sad frown on his face.

"Look Jinyoung, nothing happened between us, you just ended up fainting beside me on that bench." She was a terrible liar, but she could not lie straight in someone's eyes. That's her weakness.

"I heard that." He murmured.

"Then?"

Jinyoung didn't respond anything at first. Truthfully this problem had made him lose focus on all his work.

But if Nayeon said nothing happened, then nothing really did happened between them.

He trusts her.

"Never mind, I'm just thinking too much." He faintly smiled.

..............

It was finally a Saturday also means Carnival Day.

Trendy music was bobbed along the field as Namjoon and Yoongi volunteered to take care of that.

Nayeon just watched from a far as her kids were enjoying their time scaring people in the science lab.

There was a mission in it of course.

Those who could guess how many ghosts were in there, they would get a free Polaroid.

But it would be impossible in the dark room and all those spooked going down in the lab.

Some of the teachers participated in it also like, Jihyo opened up her special ice blended stall like every year with the help of her students, Sana and Momo worked together to cook up a Taiwanese and Japanese shared food stall.

And truthfully the teachers we're surprised and amazed by the delicate taste of their food regarding how clumsy they both can be.

Mark also opened up his own American food stall and Joshua with Wendy volunteered to help him.

The other stalls were games and small competitions with prizes. Jackson and Youngjae handled the football corner where the students need to drop down all the cans.
