Chapter 21

* MATURE SCENE AHEAD AND TRIGGER WARNING *Guns* *
You walked out the door and unexpectedly you ran into Ivy.
"Hey Y/N I'm so sorry about what happened last night. I didn't want to but Harley insisted." You nodded your head and quickly bolted out of there running to Hotwire one of Jack's cars. You picked his least suspicious car a black BMW. You pulled out of the garage and sped through the streets of Gotham city. You went back to your mums for a few minutes to grab some of the money that you had stashed there, and to take a quick shower. When you were done in the shower you grabbed your old blades from under your mattress and began to make straight lines across your wrists, after about five on each you decided to fix 'em up and get outta town. You drove to the nearest gas station and got some snacks and gas. Once you filled up the tank and paid you were gone. You didn't know where to go but you knew two things you couldn't go back and you can't stay at your mums. You let your mind run and run while you drove and when the car finally ran outta gas you noticed you were in sunny California. You took your things out of the trunk and began walking. First step was to get a job, then find a place to stay for a bit. You walked around the crowded streets, looking for any clubs to work at. Finally you stopped looking when you found the cutest little club. You walked towards the entrance and walked in. A man, who had his face all painted like a mime greeted you.
"So ya come to see the show huh?" You shrugged your shoulders.
"What show? I just moved into town and I was lookin for a job maybe" he smiled and nodded.
"Well we need some bartenders." You smiled and was about to walk in when he stopped you.
"$10 and you can get in. That's the charge fee. If I could I'd let ya in without it but, that's not how the boss likes it." You quickly handed him the only little bit of money you had which unfortunately was a $20. He nodded his head towards you and you quickly went in, heading straight to the bar. You sat down and watched as the song 'when I grow up' by the pussycat dolls comes on and five girls start dancing. You seen the moves they were doing and you thought of Jack, you mentally slapped yourself. One of the bartenders tapped your shoulder and asked what kind of drink you'd like you told him a sex on the beach and a fuzzy navel. He smiled and swiftly brought you your drinks. Just as he was about to walk away you grabbed his shoulder.
"Can I have two straws please." He handed you two straws and walked off to the next costumer. You sat there and drank both of em' through the straws. The same bartender walked back up to you and asked if you wanted a job you nodded your head and he walked you to the back.
"Here this will be your uniform, but forewarning since this is a lounge and there are a lot of guys watch out cause they're nothing but trouble." You nodded your head and quickly got dressed. You smiled as you went around collecting empty glasses and orders. You were about to finish when you were approached by a person you thought that you left behind. You turn around and seen Jack standing there with Harley by his side and a golden gun in his hands. You quickly ran to the back and hid behind whatever the hell you could find. You even thought of hiding in the employee lockers but that would be weird. Just as you were about to change positions you heard a blood curdling scream followed by insane laughter. You kept your head low, and you heard Jack scream your name.
"Come out Y/N. Come out Y/N, come out and play." It was so hurtful what he did and you knew he would kill everyone until he found you, so you grabbed all of your courage and stuff you brought, and stepped out to meet with your fate. Little did Jack know, but you had a gun, a gun which you had pointed towards your stomach. Knowing a little secret he didn't.
"There you are doll, come on lets go home and play." You stood still as a rock and shook your head no. He walked closer to you and tried to pull you by your forearm, but stopped when he felt you tense up.
"J I ain't going with you and ya can't make me cause if you take one more step your gonna loose me and someone who isn't even here yet." He backed away slowly and cocked his head to the left.
"So wait I'm gonna be a dad?" You looked at the clown prince once more and you pulled the trigger.
