"Yeah, but you know what they gotta do? They gotta ..." suddenly gunfire was heard over the video footage. Nate stops the video."Is Jenny your fiancée?"
Perry answers back, with sad eyes, "Well, she was but ...
"Oh. I'm sorry."
"I'm not mad, it happens...Look I don't want charity."
"We are not a charity."
"I just want my rehab. You know if I'm gonna work, and I want to work, Dr. LeRoque says I need another year and a half of hardcore rehab, maybe two more surgeries.... Castleman shot me up. I just want them to pay my bills, no more, no less."
"Hmm.", Nate looks around at all the soldiers doing rehab.
"The army investigation determined, what, that you were hit by insurgents?"
"Yeah, that's because Castleman refused to cooperate in that investigation."
"And they can do that."
Dr. LeRoque looks over at the two men talking.
"Nobody's stopping them. They're cowboys, they go off all the time, boom, boom, boom. I just want them to do right by me."
Perry pulls the flash drive from the laptop as Dr. LeRoque approaches.
Dr. LeRoque speaks up, "Pardon me, Mr. uh..."
Nate stands up,"Oh, uh, Nathan Ford. You're Dr. Le-"
"Can I talk to you outside?", the doctor interrupts.
Perry notices she's not very happy with Nate being there,"Doc, he's cool, I found him on the internet."
"Yes, that never goes badly," LeRoque says, sarcasm lacing her voice, she looks at Nate and points at him, "with me."
Nate looks towards Perry, "Uh... I'll be in touch."
Perry hands the flash drive over to Nate, hoping he will be able to help him.
--
"You can't just come in here and get his hopes up!" LeRoque exclaims.
"I'm just here to provide options."
"There are no options!"
"The Veteran's hospital ..."
"Is 400 miles away and has a five month waiting list. Everybody in that rehab room is a reservist. When reservists get out they get sent home no matter where home is or how far it is from the treatment they need. Nobody thought this through. We're not a rich hospital, I cashed in every favor I had to take care of these kids for as long as I could but I have to go back in there and tell Perry we can't treat him anymore. I have to do that. Run your scam on somebody with money."
Nate can tell she is genuine, that she cares about her patients.
Nate answers with a calm voice,"It's not a scam. I'm here to help."
"People don't just show up to help. That's not the way the world works."
As the doctor walks away. Nate pulls out his cell phone and makes a phone call.
"Hardison...call them."

"God Kook, I said I'm fine, it's not like I haven't been punched before." Remmy exclaims trying to push a worried Kook away, first aid kit in his hands.
Kook had lifted her up to sit on the bar, standing in between her legs, attempting to put some medicine on her bleeding lip and bruised cheek.
Some governors wife had found out her husband was a frequent visitor at the maid cafe, and stormed in, finding out Remmy was the maid he always requested for. She stormed in and made a huge fuss, Remmy just so happened to be sitting in the lounge with another customer when the wife saw her, ran up, and punched Remmy in the face.
