zoe's pov i hang up the phone with harry ..i still feel like he's a little upset but i told him that i've done every fucked up think he can imagine and he said it was okay . i wore some shorts and cute top and went to the living room ..my dad and uncle were sitting in there ..wonder where is william's wife ? dad said she lived with them but i'm didn't see her in the past day "good morning" i said as i walked in "good morning" they both replied me with a smile "we finished breakfast already but if you want there are some stuff left in the fridge " my dad said "no i'm not hungry ..i just wanted to talk to you a bit " i said "okay i have to do somework now ..see you later " my uncle said as he walked to his room and i'm so grateful that he's very understanding "what is it zoe ?" my dad ask after we heard my uncle's door getting closed "first ..when i'm going to enter a collage ?" i asked him "soon .when Mrs.Chloe send us your papers " my dad said "okay ..second ..dad you owe me an explanation ..who are these men that made us leave our whole life ?" i asked him in the most dramatic way ever "zoe it's not the right time to talk about this " my dad said avoiding eye contact with me " dad i'm not a child i need to know ..i need to understand what you did to them ..why do they wanna kill me " i said whispering the last two words "you'll know in the right time " he said getting up and i got up with him "and when is this right time coming " i asked annoyed "soon" he said smiling but with sad eyes as he went after my uncle "what are you hiding dad " i said to myself as i sat on the couch quietly "Nothing Zoe, Stop it" Dad said as he started getting out
"Why do you always push me away dad?" I said almost yelling "Zoey please" Dad sighed "Just tell me, I won't ask ever again" I calmed myself down "I..Don't want to lose you, Daughter." Dad sighed he seemed regretting something "Is it that bad?" I said as my heart started beating hard wondering for the truth "Your uncle..And Harry, They don't know anything" Dad whispered "You lied?" I yelled in shock placing my hand over my mouth "Lower your voice if you want a place to sleep it" Dad said between his teeth "Dad i'd rather to live in a street but don't live a life fulled of lies, You can't run away!" I whispered to him "You mean?" Dad said "I think, You should tell them, Tell us. Today" I said focusing on 'Us' "Sure will, Sure will" Dad sighed and walked away What is he hiding for me? Is it that big? I kept wondering. After seconds. I came back into world and I got to William's room, Knocked the door and got it. "Hey" My uncle said surprising why would I come. "Let's go out today" I smiled "Is that a date, Zoey? Jake won't be okay with that." "I meant the whole family" I laughed. "Silly, Whatever you say." William smiled "You're not that bad" I giggled"i'll tell jake you flirted with me " he said winking
"oh nooo!!" i said faking a shock "so you came here just to tell me that you want us to go out ?" he asked me "no actually ..why did you accept us ??i mean ..dad never asked about you and he never tried to contact with you ..why would you share your house ..life with him ?" i asked him as i sat "he's my brother after all , zoe " he said with love in his eyes how kind this man is ? ..i'm sure if he was in our situation my dad wouldn't be as kind with him as he is with us "where did you go ?" my uncle asked focusing in my eyes with i smile "i'm here " i said smiling widely "i'll go now " i said again and went up to my room ..it's still have mike's smell in it ..and smoke , i saw a note on the table which had (to zoella) on it ..i picked it up ..i really should forget about mike ..he's a brilliant liar ..maybe he'll make me feel sad for him again in this note so no ..i'm not reading it . i ripped it into pieces and throw it away ..i really don't know what to do ..should i call harry ? would he be still mad ? will he get annoyed ? i picked up the phone to see message from harry and another from lea . i opened harry one and it says "you pissed me off on the morning but i still miss you tho " i smiled widely then i opened lea one "don't forget my birthday girl ! " oh shit ..her birthday is next week and i still didn't even think of a present What to do now? The house is empty and i'm bored.
I went into Harry's room, Don't know what for, Just sightseeing I opened his closet looking into his clothes "Wow" I said taking away a sweater. "Oh my god, Perfect" I said looking at a suit imagining Harry in it. I grabbed my phone calling Harry. "Babe!" He said "SO, Lea's birthday is next week" I got into the topic. "What? Babe i'm busy I can't hear you" He yelled between all the voices around him "Okay" I sighed and he closed the phone without a bye. I pulled his sweater, Took off my jeans and wore the sweater over my half naked skin I lied down into his bed looking at the drawings until I fell asleep
i woke up to sparkly green eyes looking sweetly at me
"harry !" i said trying to sound excited but i'm actually too sleepy to even smile
"zoe !" he said mocking me and laughing
"when did you come ?" i asked him as i got up
"hour ago " he said while changing his clothes
"why didn't you wake me up then " i asked him
"because you looked tired babe" he answered me and smiled "are you still mad at me ??" i asked him with horrified tune
"yes i still am ..but that doesn't mean i love you any less " he said scaring me and comforing me at the same time
"but i told you i was fucked up before " i said defending my self as i stood infront of him
"and i told you to feel comfortable to tell me anything ..until now there are two things you havn't tell me about , i really hate that zoella ..i want to know every part of your life "he said loud but not too loud
"you're right okay ? i'm sorry " i said not knowing what else to say ..because he is right ..i should have told him everything
"is there anything else i don't know ? " he asked me
"about my past no ..but mm ..i found a note from mike in my room " i started and he groaned
"i didn't read it i swear ..i ripped it off and threw it away" i completed fast
"oh okay then " he smiled alitte at my reaction
"don't make fun of me " i said loud and he laughed
"okay i'm sorry ..what did you tell me on the phone ??" he asked me as he put his hand around my waist
"next week it's lea birthday ..and me being her bestfriend i should bring her the best present and help her choose the dress and the theme and everything " i said looking at him
"what day next week ?? " he aske me "Thursday" i told him
"we're still on Saturday ..that means you have two weeks ..don't worry you'll help her with everything " he said kissing my nose
i giggled then turned my head to look at the clock "omg harry our date !! " i screamed
"woah calm down " he said laughing "change your clothes and lets go " he completed
"there's a little bit change of plans " i said in low voice
"what ? " he asked normally ..thankfully not annoyed
"we're all gonna get out as a family !" i said faking excitement ..i really want me and harry to be alone but i need dad to tell us all what happened and who are those people
"oh ..i thought you wanted us to be alone " he said a bit upset
"i do ! i promise i do but ...my dad said that he'll tell us something important and maybe it has something to do with those people after him ..or the reason why he used to bring drugs to our house " i said
"i've beed thinking about this all day about this"he said
