CHAPTER FOUR

I walk up the hill to the abandoned training centre. Today class starts. I'm carrying my training bag up the hill and let me tell you it's heavy. I open the slide door and enter the training centre. " Dad " I call, " over here " I walk around and see dad with Anya. Anya is dressed in a black tank top with black tights, and in bare feet. I go to the benches and put my bag down. I take off my coat and I'm wearing a black tank top with red tights dad had me wear for training for now on. I go to the centre of the room and put my hair into a high pony tail. " alright. Anya we will get you on the basics of water first. I think you'd be good at that " dad says and leads her over. " I'm gonna stretch " I say and sit down. I stretch my legs, and arms and do a couple back hand springs. I go down slowly into splits letting my leg muscles stretch. I put my hands into fist and put them in front of me. I bring the left one up, and keep it firm, I put the right one back and punch, left right, left right. I get in my starting strange and flip. " okay Sophia " I look to dad, he gets in his fighting position I get in mine. " all out " he tells me, I nod, and we begun.

I walk down the hall with Anya wit royal court. I almost beat dad but he flew a rock at me without me knowing and now my head hurts. I open the door for May, and she enters. I follow after and she sits beside me. Adrian and his friends all enter and are all talking about something that happened over the summer. " Anya. " Adrian smiled, " Smith " he says still smiling, he sits beside Anya, so she's in the middle. Caleb Adrian best friend sits beside me and his friends surrounding us. Why does this always have to happen! " So how's school so far Anya " Adrian asks, " good. Training was...I guess fun. I'm still learning basics and I'm only starting with water " Anya says sadly, " you'll get it An. " I tell her, looking down at my books. " so what are you doing this year Smith " I look up at Adrian, " non of your bees wax " I tell him and continue my work. Soon was the first classes of my guardian courses. I couldn't wait! Are teacher walks in and the class begun.

I dress in a black long sleeve breezy top, with black sweat pants. I step out onto the field and see a bunch of vampires and werewolves showing there moveshhiuu to the rest of the class. Human Sophie..human, be human. I walk over and stand alone. When a ware wolf sees me. " hey you " I look at him scared, " me " I ask, " show us what you can do human. Other wise you might as well leave " he says, I walk over self consciously. " stand there " he says, I walk over to where he pointed, he takes a few steps back. Hm..Act weak and scared or flip him? He comes at me at full speed and I move to the side. He goes and falls to the ground landing face first into the ground. He rose up to his feet and looked at me. He goes to punch me but I catch his fist and twist it. I twist his arm behind his back with pressure. " I was taught Marshall arts when I was 4. And I became a black belt at 5. Don't underestimate us humans. " I tell him and push him forward. He falls to the ground again, and I look behind me to see the teacher coming over. I walk away and class begun.

My guardians classes were actually really fun. I met this werewolf girl Maddie. She's very headstrong and a great fighter. I walk down the hallway to the cafeteria when I hear voices. I walk towards the voices " Apparently the two are somewhere in the human kingdoms " I hear, I walk closer and arrive at a door, " I can't believe of what they did to ms.Smith " I listen closer, " they say there in Roma " I open the door and look in. It's two police officer about in there thirties or twenties. I close the door and think. Roma...there in Roma..I run down the hallway and to the cafeteria. I look around the room and see Tasha and Emily, with Carson. I grab my phone and text Emily.
Me: meet me in the library. You Tasha and Carson
Emily: why?
Me: I think I have a lead to where they went
Emily: give us a sec

I leave the cafeteria and see Bianca with Logan. He was laughing at something she'd said, I look away and walk down the hallway. We're me and Logan okay? I mean why was he hanging out with Bianca. I mean I know I was busy a lot but it's normal for kids in school. I look down the hallway to see Anya and Adrian. " Anya Adrian library come on " I take Anya arm and pull her to the library. We enter. I pull them to a table in the back hidden behind book shelves. " stay " I order, I go to the door and see Tasha and Emily. " where's Carson? " I ask, " he's back at the cafeteria. Are cover is that we're going to the bathroom. And in five minutes he's gonna come but using the excuse as to check on us " they say, " okay. Adrian and Anya are back there " I point to the back, and they nod and go up. I wait for five minutes, and finally see Carson running over. " sorry " he says, " don't worry, just come on " I close the door and we head up, " Carson? " I ask, " yeah " he asks, " who is Bianca " I ask him, " she's Margaret little sister. She's a pain. Her and um Logan use to uh.." he says, " date " I say, he nods. " I think he's getting close to her again. " I tell him, " I'm sorry Sophia " Carson says, " don't be. I don't think I'm good for any boy right now. Maybe I should break up with him and just try to focus on this whole thing " I say, " why would you do that Sophia " Carson asks, " because he's not immortal. " I say, " he's some day gonna die and I'm gonna live forever. " I tell him, he looks down. " we'll talk later. There all probably wondering what's going on. " Carson says I nod and we head up.

" okay so what did you find " Tasha asks, " Roma. Two cops were talking in a class room and I heard them say ' I couldn't believe of what they did to ms Smith! " I sat, they all stand up and look at me eyes wide. " I heard them say they were in Roma. " I tell them, " so we're going to Roma " Tasha asks a smile on her face, " oh you bet " I smile, " yes " she whispers, " okay. We leave in two days..I've just gotta come up with a excuse for us leaving " I say and we walk down the stairs. We exit the left Brady and Adrian and Anya walk away. Me, Tasha, Emily and Carson walk to the cafeteria. Now..that excuse?
