Nathan's pov.

I watch Scarlet sleep peacefully beside me and sigh. She's beautiful and I can't believe I'm just using her for sex.

I'm such an arse.

She's such a beautiful girl, but when I tell her she's gonna be so broken.

I don't wanna break her heart. It'll break her also.

She's so delicate.

"Wanker." I mumble to myself as scarlet stirs in her sleep and moves a little before mumbling something.

I listen closer and I could've sworn she said, "I love you." I take her hand and entwine our fingers while she's sleeping and her hand grips mine.

I lay back down and stroke her cheek with my free hand.

I sigh once more.

She's beautiful but...

She makes me feel different.

My eyes start to close and I slowly fall asleep while thinking about this.

I wake up to hear light breathing from beside me to see that Scarlet's still sleeping peacefully and our hands are still locked together tightly.

I smile before going to get up but Scarlet grabs my hand.

"Don't go, please." She mumbles as I laugh slightly and get back in bed as she shuffles closer to me before wrapping her arms round me.

"Nathan, I have something important to tell you, but don't leave me." Shit, she's pregnant.

"You were my first, Nathan. I lost my virginity to you. You took my innocence away." She says as I look at her.

"Scar, why didn't you tell me? I would've gone easy on you. Shit Scarlet!" I exclaim as she turns away from me and curls up into a ball before I hear her crying silently to herself.

I can tell by the way her breathing hitched a couple on times.

"Scarlet, babe." I say as she turns to me with tears falling from her eyes.

I pull her close to me and hug her as she hugs me back.

"Sorry." She mumbles as I rock us slowly.

"What are you sorry for baby?"I ask as she shrugs before giggling a little.

"I dunno." She says as I kiss her head before she looks up at me and I kiss her softly as she kisses me back.

"I love you." She mumbles as I sigh a little.

"Yeah... Thank you." I say as she looks at me before getting out of bed and getting dressed.

Scarlet's pov.

I get dressed before leaving Nathan in my room before hearing him run down the stairs.

"Scarlet..." He trails off as I turn to him the tears threatening to fall.

"I love you too, okay?" He says as I shake my head.

"No, no you don't."

"Scarlet, I do, trust me scar, you gotta trust me." Nathan says as I look at him as he pulls me close by the waist.

"I love you." He says after placing our foreheads together.

I could tell he didn't mean it but who am I to judge?

He's a guy.
