Chapter 13

I've found one of the girls that Nathan dated first.

I guess he did the same thing.

Her name's Catherine.

She sounds nice.

I walk up to her door and knock before waiting.

The door opens to show a beautiful girl with astonishing, bright blue eyes and beautiful, silky blonde hair.

She smiles brightly at me as I return it.

"Catherine?" I ask as she nods.

"You can call me Cat." She says as I nod.

"I'm Scarlet. I just got dumped by Nathan Sykes." Her smile drops at the mention of his name.

"Please come in." She says as I smile and walk in before following her to the living room.

"What did he do this time?" She says as I look at my hands.

"He left me when I told him that I was pregnant. He basically used me for sex." I explain as she nods.

"He did that to me, but I didn't let that ruin my life. I just didn't get pregnant though. He had sex with me once then left. I was his girlfriend for 2 months before I finally gave myself to him but he left me straight after. Then I heard he'd found someone new. Every 2 months he'd have a new girl to take advantage of. This was in my last year of secondary school." She explains.

"So he's like this with every girl?" I ask as she nods.

"Basically."

"Well, we dated for 6 months before I gave myself to him but it happened more than once. I guess that's how I ended up pregnant." I say as she smiles at me.

"How far along are you?"

"2 months." I reply.

"The baby, I think it's a little girl. I hope it's a little girl because I have a perfect name. It's due around 14th october and my next scan is when I'm 5 months 14th of May. You can come if you like. I'd like us to be friends because we've been through the same thing. There is also 5 more girls I need to see who's also been through the same sort of thing. I don't know who they are yet though. I need to do my reasearch." We both laugh a little.

"What are you thinking of calling it, if it is a her?" Cat asks.

"Well, I don't know whether she should be a Sykes or a Drew but Sophie-Lea. It's a double barreled first name. But the problem is should it be Nathan's last name Sophie-Lea Sykes or my last name Sophie-Lea Drew?" I say as Cat thinks for a moment.

"I'm not sure. I would probably put it as your last name as Nathan probaby won't be involved becasue I haven't seen him since we broke up so you probably won't see him." She replies as I nod.

"Yeah, I like that. Well, thanks for you time Cat. It was nice meeting you. Here's my number. If you ever need anything, give me a call." I say as she nods.

"I will Scarlet. I definetly will, you're a nice person. Bye love." She says as I smile.

"Bye." I reply before she closes the door and I walk home.
