The group of friends had decided to take a trip, a very long trip. They were all in a car with two rows of backseats that they all sat together in to make room for themselves and their small amount of luggage that was in the back.

Uni, a dark blue haired man who had normal black hair at the bottom, blue bangs that hung just above his orange eyes, an eye patch over his left eye, tall black boots over his faded blueish jeans, and a black vest over his white, collared shirt. He had a British accent that always standing out between him and his friends.

Nick, a buttery voiced man with black glasses, a nice blue shirt with a black undershirt, dark jeans, black tennis shoes, and a scuffy black hair accompanied by a beard. He always read found notes and journals because of his smooth voice that his friends had always enjoyed hearing.

Ashlie, a pale girl with blood red hair and cyan blue eyes, she wore a blue sweather designed with snowflakes, a pair of cadet blue shorts, and dark blue shoes with grey cat socks. She was a bit sassy and independent, she could stand on her own and was always there to defend herself and her friends.

Tommy, a man with messy blonde hair, a brown sweather over a blue plaid shirt, a smiley face emoji mask over his eyes and nose. His lips always curled into a lasting smile that rarely faltered.

Cory, a man who was quite odd between his friends. He had a camera for a face that took over as his eyes, dirty blonde hair that hung over his lens, a dark blue hoodie over a white t-shirt, grey jeans, and regular black converse. His lips, the most normal thing on his face, always in a smug smirk or a amused grin.

Dawn wasn't much like the others as well, he was basically a sentient robot. He had a nice blue sweather over himself (Like a weird sailor type one), along with a pair of jeans. He had small blue antenna like things coming off the side of his head and his body was black with bright blue designs over it. His eyes were white and always observing, his face was blue while the rest was just jet black. He had hair, too, it was light blue and was on the top of his head then fell over his face as side swept bangs, no hair was on the side of his head.

Nick was driving the car with Ashlie is the passenger seat, they could barely see ahead of them through the thick fog that hung in the air of the dark and eerie wood.

Ashlie found herself dozing off from where she sat and she had only joined in on a few conversations, the car was now silent. Nick focused on the road and luckily had no distractions from his friends while he drove. Cory and Dawn sat in the first row of seats, Dawn read silently while Cory let his legs extend onto the middle seat while he had plugged it headphones to his ears. He was lucky enough to get just enough reception for a few select songs to work. Tommy and Uni sat in the back, Tommy was flipping through the pages of a book that included all the scary and weird stuff that happened around where they were driving to while Uni stared out the window, trapped in his own thoughts. Tommy had also occasionally breathed onto the window and drew small little fog drawings of animals and TNT.

It was silent for only another few minutes until Nick shattered it, "I could barely see with this fog...fog, fog, and more fog everywhere!"

"The weather out here is always gloomy."Tommy says, "Think we'll be lucky enough to see some deer or something? At least maybe a clearing so I could blow up some TNT."

"No TNT, not after last time."Ashlie said in slight annoyance at the memories of what happened the last time. Tommy only responded with a slight whine and pout. Dawn chuckled lightly as he continued to read his book, only barely listening to their conversation.

Cory removed one ear bud and complained, "We've been in this car for ever! When are we gettin' there anyway, Nick?"

"We'll get there when we get there."Nick said with a small shrug. Cory gave a slight groan at his response.

"It won't be that lo- Watch out!"Ashlie shouts as a deer races in front of the car, Nick swerved away and barely missed the animal. He spun the wheel multiple times to get back straight onto the road, the passengers in the car let out small gasps and shouts in surprise.

"Bloody hell! What just 'appened?"Uni says, finally out of his trance and now wide-eyed and confused.

"Deer."Nick breaths out as he steadied the car back onto the road. They all stayed silent until they all cracked up into laughs and giggles.

"I almost had a heart attack. Holy crap."Ashlie says as she breathed out a laugh, Cory and Tommy snickered and agreed.

"Let's just hope that's all the excitement we get."Dawn said, "It could have been worse but it was still a bit funny."

"Yeah, let's hope it's a totally normal ride."Nick said in agreement.

"And there's a tunnel."Ashlie says, staring out from the windshield to barely see what's coming up.

"Looks spooky."Tommy said with a laugh, still smiling. Uni rolled his eyes in amusement and allowed a smile to grow on his mouth. The car went silent for a moment after that.

Crack!

A loud crack was heard from the trees and next thing they knew after was collapsing right in front of the tunnel. They all shout I'm surprise when Nick had to swerve the wheel and drive the car straight toward a ditch. As the car was moving and shaking Uni, Tommy, and Cory held onto their seatbelts for dear life, Ashlie held her hands onto the dashboard and with her eyes wide, Dawn had a death grip on his book and his knees locked, and Nick gripped his hands on the steering wheel, strong enough to make his knuckles go white. The car was only a few inches away from slamming into the tree truck that blocked the road.

Yep, totally going to be a normal road trip.
