"Experiment 22714"Nick read after Dawn handed it over, "Is a young boy at the age of ten has been here at the asylum for a month or so now. We have used the capsules to experiment how the chemicals and the medicine will react to a child. We have been able to reduce the symptoms over the duration of our test, symptoms now only include a feverish feeling, coughing fits at random times, and a increase on nightmares. Sooner or later we will need to test this on a adult or young adult, more to the fact that we should keep the experiment here till that age. If he dies, then so be it, we have other children."

No one speaks or moves, they just quietly take that in. Tommy is the first to speak, "Geez. What the hell was wrong with these dickweeds?"
Uni bit his tongue to prevent himself from muttering out "a lot of things"

"I really wanna get outta here, it's really messed up here."Ashlie said as she tugged on her sleeve to get it over her cold hands. Uni had barely noticed how chilly it had become and how his bones wanted to shake and shiver from the core.

"I want to get out just as much as the next person but...aren't you...curious?"Nick says vaguely, with no reply he continued, "'Don't you want to know what happened  this kid?"

Uni wanted to bitterly laugh at that, maybe he should have told them. They have all even friends for awhile now, for a couple years in fact. A silence then filled the air at Nick's question, not because the others disagreed, but because they too were curious. They all wander around again till they find another journal. It was a diary in fact.

"Everyone is leaving since Experiment 22714 helped freed all the other children. A few other scientists and I will stay hidden here and continue our work. We WILL finish what we started and continue making the formula. We will find a way to get our lab rat back, as he was out most successful, and we will continue our research. No one can stop us from making this."Nick read.

"Do you think they really are still here?"Uni asked nervously, he didn't want them to be.

"Hopefully not, but maybe they were those people we saw."Dawn said.

"I wouldn't doubt they were ghost. Remember that dude that jumped off and just...disappeared?"Cory says, slightly shivering at the memory of the fright.

"Teleportation?"Ashlie guessed, seeing the doubtful faces of her friends she continued, "You guys, you know there is such a thing of teleporting. I always drag you to bed wars!"

Ashlie was a champion at Bed Wars, it was a place you go to where you sign up for a game. You soon and yourself teleported into some sort of simulation but it was in real life. You would "die" and be eliminated from the game and sent back to the main room or you will end up being sent back to your base as long as your bed is protected. It was a odd game.

"She does have a point...whoever these scientist are, they are definitely creeps."Tommy says.

"Hey, look...another journal."Cory points out as he walked across the room and picked up a dusty old journal. He handed it over to Nick, who rolled his eyes as he grabbed it.

"A young child was brought into today. The scientist already plan to do experiments. He was found at the doorstep, injured, he says his parents were murdered in front of him and he got hurt by then before he escaped. His family was visiting from their country, he said. He finally gave us his name. It was-"
