backstory:
gloriosa isley was born in gotham. she grew up without knowledge of who her father was, only with her mother there, never telling her the truth. when her younger sibling, vale, was born, glory didn't know that she'd basically end up raising her younger sibling... because, after all, her mom was poison ivy, and bad guys don't simply settle down and raise a family.
when glory was twelve, she started moonlighting as a criminal (she only took the name "poison blossom" on later) in an attempt to make sure they had money. the first time glory got caught, the police officer ended up letting her go, thinking that since she was a kid, she couldn't do anyone any harm. on one of her little heists, she broke into a department store - and saw the most beautiful thing she had ever seen. a dress, all green, with sequins and a bow wrapped around the middle. from that moment on, she was in love.
she started designing clothes in her spare time, stealing a sewing machine and some supplies to get started. eventually, she started paying for supplies. she started an business online, selling pretty dresses and skirts and accessories, calling it "designs by glo."
by eighteen, she'd made enough money to attend a nice college nearby. she's trying to get a degree in fashion design - someday, she's GOING to have her own line, whether anyone likes it or not.
