Kelis-

Today is the day that I didn't have to work both jobs or class.....yesss! So im just chill in the hood. That morning I got my lil brother and sister up from school. I cook them breakfast since I never really can.

They came in the kitchen smiling. I love when I can make them smile. They ate everything and I work them to the bus stop. While coming back Drew was driving  up with his music blasting.  Ughhhh I can't stand him. His so cocky plus hus ass don't even live over here. While walking I seen my girl brandy shes the only person I talk to friend here. Shes cool and laid back but also she knows everybody business. She yelled my name.So I walk over to her where she was sitting on the porch.

"what's up girl" I said

"Nothing looking at these fine ass niggas on the court" She said giving that look like she was in a candy store.

I just laugh but my eyes did go in that direction and guess who my eyes land on.......Drew tall ass. We made eye contact and he smile start walking over here.  Why I dont know he knows I don't mess with him. I aint going to lie Drew cute ok ok his fine as fuck with his tall ass. While walking over here I couldn't help but stare cause he was looking good. He had on some dark Levis, polo shirt and some Jordans plus lets not talk about his watch he had on it was big and shiny. Drew about 6 ft brown skinned tattoos on his arms and he had waves.

"Kelis stop staring its ruined" Drew said

I snap out of my thoughts and said, "Boy I was not staring at you".

Brandy was in the back laughing.

"Yes you was I called your name like three times I know I look good but damn" He said while smiling.

I look at him like he had three heads I hate cocky niggas like that's what bitches do.

"Boy shut the fuck up nobody was staring at your tall ass" I said while walking off he pissed me off.

"Yea yea" He yelled

I gave him the finger and kept walking.

I went in the house and start cleaning.My mom havent been homebin like two weeks but shit I don't care. my brother and sister have a bed and everything in they room a kid would want and my room is laid. so we good. I dont know where my mom went wrong at she was pretty long hair and everything she even played basketball until she got pregnant with me and I think my dad turn her into drug but who really knows.

After cleaning Antonio had call me.

"Hello" I said while smiling.

"What you doing baby" He said

"Nothing just got done cleaning,  what about you" I said walking in my room to make up my bed.

Everytime I'm on the phone I stay moving around.I be in the kitchen then in the living room, my room I be everywhere

"Shit nothing trying to see you today" He said.

That really had me smiling.

"Is that right? I questioned

"Yea" He said

"I'll meet you at lauren around 12" I said.

He sight and said," Why cant I just pick you up".

We go through this all the time he already knows the answer to that.

"Antonio you know the answer", I said

"Mane whatever wear some shorts and tennis shoes we playing today",  He said.

Aight then I hung up.

Me and him always play ball together. My mom taught me at a young age plus I played in all the leagues they had when I was little. I dont play that much but Antonio says I'm really good.I never think so I feel like thats what took my mother away ftom me.

I start getting ready putting on my cheer shorts and some long shorts over them.I cant get on the bus looking like that . After I was done I locked up and start walking to the bus stop.

Then I hear Drew,"Kelis where you going" he yelled.

His always in ny business for what reason I don't know.

"Why"? He questioned

"Bye Drew you getting on my nerves" I said while continue to walk to the bus stop.

I know its short but I want this book to be my best even if it takes time so my first couple chapters will not be long.......Thanks:)
