"Powers...? Andrew are you feeling ok?"

"That bracelet just... How?!" Hunter exclaimed.
"I don't know..." Nicole mumbles, walking over picking up the bracelet.
"Wait, don't pick it-" Hunter starts.
"It doesn't hurt." Nicole says, looking at the bracelet. "It's not glowing either."
Both Julia and Hunter sighed in relief. "We need to take this to our house for inspection."

"Who do you think would know how to inspect this?" Julia asked.
"Already on his way over." Hunter says.
"Huh?" Both girls muttered, confused.
"Vance. His dad works with the abnormal." Hunter says simply.
"That's cool." Julia smiled.
"Y-Yeah." Nicole mumbled.
"Yo Hunter I'm here!" Vance yelled from outside the door.
"It's open!" Hunter yelled back. Soon Vance was in the room.
"H-Hey Vance." Nicole mumbled.
"Hey." Vance smiled. "So what do you want me to check out?"
"This bracelet, these men had picked it up and the bracelet glowed and harmed them." Hunter says.
"Are you taking drugs? Bracelets don't glow." Vance says.
"No I'm not taking drugs! The bracelet was glowing!" Hunter yelled offended, he started to lightly punch Vance in the back.
"Calm down I was joking." Vance sighed. "Anyway, where is the bracelet."
"H-Here..." Nicole says quietly, handing him the bracelet.
Just as Vance put his fingers on the bracelet and felt them burn, he retracted his hand and cursed quietly.
"Are you ok?" Nicole asked, panicked.
"I-I'm fine. It just stung a bit..." He sighed. "Doesn't it hurt you?"
"N-No. It doesn't affect me at all." She says.
"Well then you must be some sort of goddess or something." Vance chuckled. This made Nicole blush a lot and Hunter roll his eyes. Julia smirked at her brother's reaction.
"Excuse me if you don't mind, I would like to speak to Nicole for a moment." Both Julia and Hunter nodded unsurely and left the room, closing the door.
Vance then smirked and pinned her to the wall, an arm across her waist and his other arm next to her head, his hand on the wall.
Nicole blushed. "W-What are you-"
"I know why you're here. I know your true power." He says. Nicole eyes widened.
"What do you mean?" She asked, nervously.
"All will make sense in due time... Now if you tell any of this to Julia and Hunter, their will be hell to pay, not just for you but for them as well. Is that clear... Goddess?" Vance smirked. Nicole looked down and nodded slowly.
"Good." He says, pulled away from her. "Now we will act like nothing has happened." Then he opened the door.
Nicole just nodded again. Walking behind him.
"Well I should be going now. See you guys!" Vance says, smirking a bit at Nicole. He then left.
'What will happen in due time? And who is Vance, really?' Nicole thought.
