"What do you mean you're dead?!" Hunter asked.
"Do you see me fading...?" Nicole asked. They both nodded slowly, not wanting to. "It's because I'm going to disappear..."
"Don't disappear! We don't want you to go..." Julia cried. Tears were slowly flowing down Hunter's face as well.
"Don't cry for me... I've been dead for a while now... Very little will change-" Nicole got cut off.
"That's a lie!" Hunter yelled. "A lot will change! Everything has changed with our lives because of you Nicole! My life has definitely changed because of you! I'm happy you came into my life!" He sobbed.
"Hunter... Please don't worry about me... You'll always remember me right...?" She says softly, stepping closer to them.
"There has to be something we can do..." He says.
"I'm sorry... We can't do anything... Don't worry... I will have all my memories with me..." Nicole says.
"What...?" He says.
"As I started to fade all my memories from my childhood to now have come back to me... And as soon as I woke up... I died and became this spirit... It's a bit hard to believe isn't it..." Nicole says.
"Nicole we don't want to lose you..." Julia says.
"Julia... You won't lose me... You'll always have your memories..." She says. "And Julia... Promise you'll always be a good, strong girl..."
"I-I will... I promise..." Julia sobbed and hugged her. That hug soon ended.
"And Hunter..." Nicole started, more tears started running down her face. "I know we didn't get along at first... I'm sorry for troubling you..."
"Y-You didn't." He said, holding back a sob.
"And Hunter, thank you for everything... Thank you for making me see... That I fell in love with you." She says.
Hunter's eyes widened, he started to cry more. "I-I love you too..." He says and sobs more.
Nicole only smiled and started to fade completely, he tried to grab her before she disappeared.
But he didn't make it in time...
