Okay so a little note here,  I know my chapters have been shorter lately and I want to make a really long chapter.  I'll try to out more twists the the story to keep it interesting. A little drama and a little love here and there.

It's been weeks since Jack carried me home and he hasn't even glanced my way. The only time he talks to me is when I'm forced into conversation with him and my sister Anna.

I don't know what changed.  I spent a day or two out of school to get my emotions under control.  The thought of him touching me makes all my emotions and powers go haywire. Anna got moved to quarters further away from mine because of the snow in the west wing halls.

And now here I sit in my frost covered office filing out papers for my coronation. The guest list is getting pretty ridiculous and I've been at it all day with sending hand written invites to all the young gentleman and lady's of the other kingdoms.

Everyone must be eagerly waiting their own invitation because the mysterious Arendelle which has shut it's gates from the people for 12 years. Then the deaths that followed.  Not to mention the mysterious queen to be never making an appearance at the most popular balls or even considering marriage.

That's a common rumor I've heard. As future queen they expect a king to rule at my side.  Or rather me at his. Its only natural for me to be paired up with a royal from another kingdom. Yet none of the princes made a difference.  None of them cared for anything more than to use me for their own gain.

So naturally people talk.  There must be something wrong with a princess, soon to be queen who hasn't wed yet. It doesn't matter that I'll be 18 in just a week I should of been engaged at 16 but I never was into being blinded with someone forever.  No one caught my eye.  No one besides him.

I sighed and rubbed my eyes.  One glance at the window told me the sun had set long ago.  I glanced back down at the papers in my hand.  The last invite was finally written. I put a stamp on it and put it in the pile which the butler Daniel would deliver for me.

I sat back in my seat and gave a long sigh.  Finally some peace. I've been working non stop for the whole week cramming all the invites last minutes. After a while all that work wares you out.  It may be writing but I have to make it seem like I'm genuinely exited and personally want them to come to the ball and Coronation. Which I don't.

I can just picture it being a disaster but I have no choice if I don't start being active in the kingdom I'll lose the faith of my people.  That's the last thing I want if I'm going to be a good queen.

A soft knock at my door caused me to jump.  I sighed and set down my pen.

"Yes? " I called through the door.  I heard Daniel clear his throat.

"Madame?  May I come inside? I being news. " he called.  I told him to come in.  He bowed at me slightly and handed me a thick envelope.

I raised a questioning eyebrow at him but tore the seal as cleanly as I could. A thick parchment of paper was now in my hands. I opened it and started reading.

Dearest princess elsa,
It would be an honor for the prince of the southern isles would attend the ball.  Since both princesses are soon to be wed we propose a royal marriage with either of the princess's.  We can discuss this further at the ball when you are made queen.  I will send my only elegiable son.

Yours,
King of the southern isles.
King Steffen.

I could feel my jaw drop.  The king of the southern isles wants me or Anna to we'd his son? He's going to the ball to discuss which daughter it will be.  I can't let them drag Anna into this she's only 17 way too young to be getting married.

I set down the paper tucking it safely into my desk and locked it away.  I sighed and put my hands over my eyes.

I have to do this..
