Chapter 4

Adam POV

" My child, I want to inform you that your long time wish will be granted tomorrow night. You will be able to find her. In additional, the time has come. Don't forget the people around you for they will save you. You need to win the battle child" Moon goddess warned me.

Smiling at me and said " I'm always here" , her assurance

Just when I was about to asked her, she was gone.

I woke up feeling worried.
That's not a quite good news for me I want the first thing she said though. And I'm going to set aside her warning I need to find first my mate.

I called my pack and held a meeting.

The name of the pack I belong is Royal pack. We are highest in rank of werewolves, to know why? We have direct communication with the Moon Goddess. She talked to us in our dreams - us- means  those wolves who have royal blood

- Alpha Blood.

Everyone knows how powerful we are,  meaning everyone always come after us specially the witches and vampires. They want to be on top of the pyramid, poor of them we are

"Good morning everyone!" I greeted.
They bowed their head showing their respect and greeted me back.

A smile crept on my face, as I remember my dream. I will meet the one I've been looking for. I'm 23 and I still haven't find my mate, I had lost my faith once thanks to moon goddess assured me I will find her. Without a mate you'll feel nothing you will be weaken. I felt relieved and stronger knowing I'll find her tonight. I set aside the other thing she said. I'm going to deal with that once I found my mate.

"Tonight is full moon. I want everyone to participate and hunt. Please prepare for everything. We need to offer her our best. Soon she'll grant my wish and we need to celebrate.(I'm talking about Moon Goddess) After the hunt I want everyone to gather back at the field and in there we will have a long night to enjoy" I announced.

Everyone cheers up. It's obvious they are excited for the night's event and the curiosity of what about draws on each of their faces. Above all they are very happy.

I am soon their Alpha and I am starting to held them under my rules. My father wants me to find my mate before he retire  his thrown and give it to me. Which is a big deal to me. I won't be able to get the approval from the rest if I wasn't able to find my mate. This is the reason why I was born and raised. To rule and look after my community. I want them to trust me. To find my mate is why main concern. Though we are the strongest, some believe you couldn't be able to run a pack without your mate with you.

"Yes, Alpha. We surely will." Their response.

I nodded. And finish the meeting.
"Okay, that's all for today. I want you to go back and prepare"
"May the blessings from goddess be with us" we said in unison.

Soon evening came, I am feeling excited as well.
Everyone is prepared for the full moon.
I ordered everyone not to cross any land that is not ours - for everyone safety too.

I lead the pack and mind linked them to scatter.

I've been having an argument with my wolf through out the hunt, he's so impatient.

Find her! His command

I shut him off, his giving me distress.

He keeps on bugging me, i can't shut him fully. He is more powerful than me tonight specially full moon.

Find her. I can feel her. Don't be a dick. Find our mate. I can't wait to see her!! my wolf yells, his name by the way is Aden

You shut up we both can't concentrate! Use your sense so we can find her as soon as possible. You are a dick too. I fought back

He then fall to silence. I remove my clothes and changed to my wolf form. As a soon Alpha to be, I am bigger than anyone else. I have a thick black fur that everyone adores. No one can resist my look wolf or as human form

( Haha I'm weird sorry!)

I run pass to tall trees and a wind whirled around me. It's like signaling me to the right way.
I didn't think twice and turned on my left and run as fast as my wolf can.
Suddenly it hits me.
The smell!

mate! Mate! Where nearer her place-  My wolf announced.

Yeah, as if I didn't smell her!  I sarcastically responded back.

Soon the smell grew stronger! Everything in me ignites. I can feel her warm and breathe. I can feel her from a far.
I smell the most beautiful scent I never smelled before. This is it!!!!

I follow the scent and lead me to a small town.
Soon the house where the irresistible scent came into view.
I know this place. This is where the elders been residing.
We have our special town for all those werewolves who lived first before us, we call them elders. Don't ask me too much. I'm not going to answer. Later .

Wait.
Don't tell me she is with them too? Why? Why I only figured this out? Are they hiding her from me?!
I need to know! I have to!

I feel my anger radiates in me.

Anyone I passed felt frightened and run for their lives. I am worst when I'm mad. I'm the wolf you wouldn't dare to messes up with. I'm pissed off.

A howling sound came from my mouth.

"Stop your shitty dramas and let's come and find her!" My wolf exclaimed

Yes. He's right.

I changed back to my human form as soon as I reached my destination. I stood tall under the tree trying to calm my wolf. As he wanted to smashed the window and get her. He is crazy.

I smell her scent. It smells like a perfume with a drug you can't resist to smell.
I lift up my head and saw her face the light from full moon sending her way.  She is the most beautiful girl I ever seen in my life. I want to be with her.
But she seems so feared, was it because of me?

I'm trying to calm myself as well as my stubborn wolf keep on yelling at me. I just looked at her and watched her. Looking around the street she then stopped her gaze to me.Suddenly she stepped back and run to a place I don't know - I guess her bed.

I feel her aura. She is scared now. I climbed to the 2 story house to see her. Her breathing is normal. She is fast asleep.

I need to talk to the elder tomorrow morning.

I mind linked my pack and was told they are waiting for me. I don't want to leave her. She might run away knowing I scare her. With a deep sigh I leave the place and headed straight to the field.

"I'll be back" I mutter.
