Chapter 6

Hailey POV

It's been two days since I last saw him. He walked away without uttering a word.

I'm mad at him. For what? Why?
I don't know, but after that I still think of him. Reminding me of those tantalizing eyes

I asked my grandparent about him. The two laughed at me. They told me he just paid them a visit as what his parents wish, which it happen to be their best friend( that's their story to tell). He tends to walk away when he can't handle the situation, okay we are alike then.

In the morning gran asked me about school again. I declined the offer. I'm not ready and it's hella scary for me. I don't want to be the talk of town if I stepped out of the house and went to school. I used to get the attention of others even back in my old school. And it sucks.

What made me worried is the thing inside my head that keeps on whispering me to let out.

Gosh!

It's a voice from a woman - she radiates and hold power which scares me to death.
I never open it up with anyone. As in no one knows. I don't want them to think I'm hallucinating causing me to be sent to rehab. Gross!
I'm not insane!

Mean while, I was watching Netflix while inside my room, I startled when I hear her again.

I've been constantly hearing something inside my mind ever since the Guy adam a.k.a Alpha visited here.

"Let me go." Was all she's saying.

Like duh, is there anything she can say aside from those 3 words, she's being so irritating. I guess it's because I watched to much horror films

Oh my mother father fudge!
I'm getting crazy!
My smell become more stronger.
I don't know why?
What is wrong with me?

I shut myself and tried to focus on what I am watching.

Suddenly, my phone buzzed.
It' Ashley.

A: Hey!

H: sup?

A: I miss you babe

I chuckled to myself. If anyone reads this they will thought we are boyfriend girlfriend thingy

H: Miss you more.

A: How are you?

H: I'm good. And you?

A: not bad. Are going to school? How's those two old people there?

H: I'm still thinking about it, besides I don't know If I can make it. I'll keep you posted.
They're fine.

A: I have a good news to you Hay 😘

H: what is it?

A: I might stay there at your place. Dad and Mom will be gone for ages - I insisted them to let me stay there and transfer school too. So if I were you u better enroll yourself.

H: what? That's a good news then!
I'll let them know about it. I need you, I think I'm going crazy, I've been hearing creepy words

A: Tell them I'm coming. Mom dad will think about it but I will let them approved. See ya there! You are far from insane btw xoxo

She's really Ashley. Instead of giving me comforts she even insulted me.
If she stays here it will be the death of me but I will be going crazy without her

H: can't wait! Bye!

I decided to turn off the TV. I'm not in the mood anymore to watch as the voices in my head keeps bugging me.

I went down the kitchen to find gran and I'm going to tell her me going to school.
I didn't find her there, so I looked around. And still no where to be found.
Where are they?
Okay, I know where they are.

I came outside, a cold breeze air touched my skin makes me shiver.
Woah! It's been awhile since the last time I was out

I walked and headed at the backyard and soon found the two lovers playing with the soil. Seriously? Still young and free?
Gross!

This is their favorite place. Where they plant veggies and some stuff I don't know what they call it.

They looked in love with each other. Gran giggles again while pops looking at her like she is the only girl in the world. When they are about to kiss.
My poor eyes !

"Ughhhh. . . Errrr" I interrupt them

The old people stopped and looked at my direction.

"Oh, dear. It's been awhile since you came out. Come, were almost done"
That's grandma

"You should be doing this more often, it will makes you feel better. You are young as a chick that has a lot of beautiful things to serve the world."

I chuckled.
And smiled at them.

"I feel better. Thank you"

"Do you want to go out?"

"No"

"Ahm- I decided I want to go to school. Maybe it will help me clear my mind" I told them

"Oh! That's a good choice! We'll then, we need to go shopping and buy school supply for you. We will call straight the principal and enroll you."

I look at them questionably as they will just call the principal without me enrolling - physically presented myself at school.

"Connection child" pops said

What? Are they famous like everyone here knows them. Hmmmm. That's weird. I'll find out soon.

We went from shopping and gran insisted to buy all those things she thinks I needed them. ughhhh.
It was a long tiring day. Dealing with two old people who tease each other and soon ended fighting is terrible. What are they? Teenager?

"Stop being immature you two oldy" I sarcastically says, making the two burst from laughter

Did I say something funny?

"These all will do dear" gran easily changes the topic

Yeah. I'm hungry and tired and sleepy. I want to be with my bed again.

After our donkey's years were done with shopping. We stopped by at the restaurant and in there had our dinner.

Soon were back home!
Yes!

"You look so tired child, go up to your bed and have some rest, I'll take good care of these things we bought "

She's right. I'm absolutely knackered.

I went up to my bedroom. I didn't bother to change my clothes, i throw myself on my bed , curled and closed my eyes.
I instantly embraced the darkness.

When I wake up I felt something change in me. I hurriedly run the bathroom throw out all the content I ate last night. I touches my face, and I'm feeling cold.
When I look in the mirror, I was shocked at my reflection and screamed in horror
