Why did that stupid Hephaestus face Hera do this to him?! (sorry Hephaestus) Why does she not like him dating me?! She'll do anything she can to keep us separate and unhappy. But WHY?! Piper told me that it's because Percy loves me more than Zeus loves Hera. But that doesn't make sense. She's the goddess and queen of marriage. And Zeus is the king of the gods, so they should love each other indefinitely. But do they? My train of thought is interrupted by screaming and pushing and water. I sat up groggily to see what was going on, still dazed from the tackle. What I saw scared me.
Frank had pulled Percy away from the water so he had less power over it. Jason helped keep the water that Percy was bringing toward them away by the wind. Piper and Hazel started running over to see if I was okay. All that didn't scare me. But Leo was threatening Percy with fire.
Nobody but me knows that Percy has an extreme fear of fire, ever since he had to drink the Phlegathon. Leo was torturing him. I felt like drowning Leo in water. See how he liked it. I gathered up all my strength, and stood up. But I was so light headed that I fell on Piper. Who tumbled into Hazel, who fell on Jason. His wind fell, which made Percy's water soak every body except Frank and Percy.
After slipping several times, I finally got on my feet and I jumped on Leo. Which was a bad idea, a very bad idea. His flame was still out, and my clothes were not fireproof.
