Chapter 9

~ The Next Morning ~

"Come on!!" Mun says trying to pull me up. I was already awake I just didnt want to get off of my bed. I sigh and sit up before she pulls me in the floor. "I thought you were happy about today. " She says. "I am. But I'm also nervous." I say standing up. "Wae?!" She asks. I shrug. "I just am." I say. She hands me my outfit I set it on my bed. "Well. We can talk about it when your done. " She says walking out the door. She closes it and I change. I fix my hair and then walk out. I go to my couch and sit down. "Why are you nervous?" She asks me. "I'm afraid they won't like me." I say. "SuJi.... Your part of their family. Of course they'll like you." She says. I smile a little bit. "And your a great person." Jin says. I smile and relax a little bit.

"Tell me how it goes." Mun says standing up. She wanted to come with us. But I told her not to. I need them to meet me first and then her. Also she had to work today. I nod. "I will. Don't work too hard." I say. "I won't." She says and walks out. "Annyeong!" I say. She closes the door. I look over at Jin. "Are you sure they'll like me?" I ask. "Don't worry so much about it. They'll love you." He says. I nod a little bit. He looks at the time. "We don't have to leave yet. So we can talk.... Or just sit here." He says. "I'm better at the second one." I say. He laughs a little bit. "Me too." I smile and sit up a little bit. "My emotions are very confused today." I say laughing. He laughs. "Okay. But One Emotion you don't need to express today Is anger. I know you have problems with that." He says patting my head. "I do not!" I say. "Jinja? You don't? What about when you kicked the wall of the stadium we were playing in? Or when you screamed at your best friend because she told Jimin to go ask you out?" He asks. "Shut up!" I say laughing a little bit. He smiles. "Also when you first met me You called me an 'Over Pampered Princess'." He says. I laugh. "Well. You were wearing pink." I say. "Because I like pink!" He says. "I know that now." I say. "I make wearing pink look good!" He says. I shake my head still laughing. "Your Fabulous." I say. "Oh I knew that already. " He says. I laugh even harder. "Su-Jin, Breathe!!" He says. I take a deep breathe in and try to let it out but just end up laughing again.

I try again and this time I actually get it out. He looks at the time. "Okay. It's time to go." He says. I stand up. I pick up my phone and put it in my pocket. He stands up too. He walks and I walk after him. I lock the door and then walk to his car. I get in. "You got in really fast." I say. "Because I'm famous. I don't want to be recognized and then attacked by a lot of people." He says. I nod a little bit. "Makes sense. " I say. He starts to drive. "How far do we have to go?" I ask. "Not too long. " He says. I nod. I sit there trying to think of something to say. But one of their songs starts playing on the radio. It's the song where Jimin's ring almost hit me I forgot the name of it. "When you guys sang this song at the concert. In the middle of it Jimin's ring flew off and almost hit my eye." I say. "Jinja?" He asks. I nod. "But I caught it and gave it back to him." I say. "He told us that you threatened the Security guards." He says. "I did." I say. "He wouldn't shut up about you, Until you turned him down the other day." He says. I look over at him. "Jinjjayo?" I ask. He nods. I look out the window.

~ Later ~

"Okay. We're here." He says. I look out the window before getting out. My heart had started beating really fast when he told me that we were almost there. And now it's beating so fast my chest feels weird. I get out of the car and close the door. "I'm nervous...." I say. "Come on. I told you not to worry." He says. I nod a little bit and walk over beside him. I'm kinda shaky because of how nervous I am. He holds out his hand to me. I take it and take a deep breath. "Your gonna be fine." He says. I nod and walk with him to the front door. He stands in front of it. "Are you ready?" He asks. "Ne." I say. He knocks on the front door. I hold my breath while waiting for someone to open it. When someone does I let out my breath and smile a little. It was our Mom. I want to say hello but I can't get my mouth to open. "This is Su-Jin." Jin says for me. I smile at her. "Hang on just a minute." She says. "Sung-Jun, Ha-Jun, She's here!" She yells through the hallway. A few minutes later two more people show up at the door behind her. I smile. "Annyeonghaseyo. " I say smiling at them. I finally said something. "Come in." She says and moves out of the way so we can get in. I was holding on tight to Jin's hand and I'm pretty sure I'm not going to let go anytime soon.

We sit down on the couch. They look nice, But right now Jin's the only one I trust. They sit across from me and one of them sits beside me. Jin looks over at me. I really wanted to say something but I couldn't. My brain isn't functioning properly at the moment. "Okay, I'll introduce you to our family." Jin says finally breaking the awkward silence. I nod. "This is our mother." He says pointing to her. I look at her and smile. She smiles back at me. "This is our Father." He says pointing at him. I smile and wave at him a little bit. "And this Is our Older Brother." He says pointing to the one that was beside me. I nod. I sit back a little bit. "Tell us a little bit about yourself." Ha-Jun says. I take a deep breath in. "What do you want to know?" I ask. "Everything." Our Mom says. It feels weird for me to say that. But I'm sure I'll get used to it. "Yeah. I didn't tell them anything. Mostly because I don't know much either..." Jin says.

I nod. I'm sure they know how old I am and When My birthday is. "Um, I graduated High School early." I say. "Jinja?" Ha-Jun asks. I nod a little bit. "I can also speak Chinese, " I say. "I like to Dance and I do Taekwondo." I say. They all nod. "She's smarter than me!" Ha-Jun says. "Ha-Jun Everyone's smarter than you." Jin says. I laugh a little bit. "Ani!" He says. "Ne!" Jin says back to him. I laugh a little bit more. "Hey. Stop!" Dad says. They stop and look down like little kids do when they get in trouble. "Mianhae...." Ha-Jun says. I stop laughing at them. Today has to be the best day ever. There's no arguing that it isn't.
