"good night, dad." jaeyoon waved to his father as he ran upstairs​ to his bedroom.

quickly closing and locking the door, jaeyoon decided to talk to 'his monster'.

"hi.." jaeyoon spoke hesitantly as he sat down by his bed.

"are you talking to me?" it asked.

jaeyoon made sure to note in his mind that the 'monster' had a cute voice. it sounded soothing, jaeyoon kind of liked it.

"yes, i am." jaeyoon answered in a very kind tone.

"oh. okay, hi!" it replied, and jaeyoon could've sworn the 'monster' giggled.

"you.. have a cute voice.." jaeyoon admitted, feeling a little bit odd for complimenting it.

the 'monster' stayed silent for a little bit, making jaeyoon confused, but he quickly spoke "thank you.."

"you're welcome." jaeyoon replied, not forgetting to be polite.

"your, um.. your voice sounds nice too." it said. and just between us, he was blushing madly.

"thanks.." jaeyoon replied, and it became quiet again.

this time, the silence stayed, and jaeyoon decided to sleep.

he got into his bed, remembering that his 'monster' was underneath, and asked "are you comfortable?"

"yes, i'm okay." it answered, which reassured jaeyoon.

"well, good night."

"good night."
