"jaeyoon!"

jaeyoon gasped as he heard his mother call his name, he left the kitchen and went up to his bedroom where his mom was standing.

"yes, mom?" jaeyoon asked, silently praying that this had nothing to do with inseong.

without words, his mother held up the mattress that inseong had been sleeping on for the past week or so.

jaeyoon stuttered "s-sorry, i can explain-"

"how many times do i have to remind you to not let the cat sleep in your room?" his mom asked, shaking her head.

jaeyoon almost laughed out loud, he was so relieved that his mother hadn't found out about the hybrid under his bed.

"i'm going to go wash the cat hair off of this.." she muttered to herself as she headed downstairs.

"i never thought i'd be thankful for geon, that stupid cat.." jaeyoon smiled as he sat down next to his bed, "hey, inseong."

"hi." inseong replied, poking only his head and arms out from underneath the bed.

"sorry i almost got you in trouble, by the way.." inseong apologized

"you don't need to be sorry, my mom always gets ticked off, haha.." jaeyoon said, "but i love her still.."

inseong was quiet for a little bit, but then spoke, "you should be thankful for having loving parents."

"good night." inseong whispered and went back under the bed, leaving jaeyoon feeling bad.

"i think he's triggered."
