jaeyoon woke up and opened his eyes, but one of them had a paper covering it.
"what?" jaeyoon said as he removed the paper, which he turned over and read.
it read: good morning, jaeyoon, did you sleep well? i hope you did.
"good morning to you too, inseong." jaeyoon smiled as he set the note down by his bed.
"oh, you're awake?" inseong asked as he kind of poked jaeyoon's mattress from under the bed.
"yeah." jaeyoon replied and then remembered inseong saying something before he fell asleep last night, "were you telling me something last night?"
"yeah.. i love you, jaeyoon.." inseong stated shamelessly, making jaeyoon blush.
"y-you do?" jaeyoon said, "why?"
"you're the only person i've ever known that hasn't turned me away, tried to kick me out, been scared of me.." inseong began to explain, "i'm sorry if you think it's weird.."
"no, no, it's not weird.. i think i maybe have something for you too, inseong.." jaeyoon admitted, although it felt weird to be confessing to a creature that's been living under his bed for a long time.
"wow"

"your mattress smells like lavender"
"what?"
"weird, right?"
