Baby's P.O.V

I saw her stand up at that karaoke stage a tinge of fear in her eyes and she looked straight at me begin singing the song we belong together by Ritchie Valens. I melted into a puddle of goo I call love right there. It was just our 6 months a couple of days ago and we spent it on a trip. It was amazing.

Andy made me watch La Bamba the first week we got together, it's one of her favorite movie. She tells me she didn't cry when everyone found out about Richie's death but I know she did, she was just trying to act tough in front of me, I fell for her more deeply at that time. Now our six month anniversary has just passed, I forced to take me karaoke and I'll buy her two chocolate bars, I knew couple goals am I right?.

-Five Hours Earlier

"Baby" I heard Andy groan while trying to hug me but I always moved away from her. I stayed silent and looked at her, she looked back at me.

"Honey I will do anything for you-"

"So take me karaoke" I said matter of fact, she sighed, "I'm not good at karaoke" she groaned. I sighed and slowly came onto her lap, straddled her and her hands went onto my waist. I looked in her eyes and softly pecked her nose. "I don't care if you're bad at karaoke..babe.. I just.. I've always loved karaoke and when you told me it wasn't your scene because you were stage fright I had this urge to help you overcome.."

I was interrupted by her soft full lips against mine and a sigh was heard.. "Buy me two chocolate bars, of my choice and I'll take us karaoke" she mumbled/groaned. I laughed and kissed her again, "Deal, Andy Bear". I went back to work, that was my lunch break when I saw Andy, as I was doing some paper work, I saw David come in. "Hey" he whispered, I looked up at him and down again at my paperwork. "Oh come on, I was a bit drunk that night. Didn't know what I was doing. I apologized" he grumbled out. I sighed,

"Apologize to Andy" I demanded. He then scrunched his face up, "Apologize to her? She socked me in the face!""She sent you a message though and tried calling you to apologize!" I said back but then sighed because that's when I knew he hadn't changed his mind about her.

I sighed again, "We'll be going karaoke tonight with her sister, you are welcome to come" I said and walked out my office. I was just putting the last guy we caught in handcuffs when I got a text from David, I sighed, dragged the drug seller into my cop car and looked at the message.

-sorry can't make it tonight, got something going on, thanks for the invite though-

I scoffed and shook my head, "Having boyfriend troubles honey" I heard the druggie talk. I didn't say anything. "Don't know why I mean look at you, it looks like you don't get vulnerable with anyone and could seriously kick his ass" I scoffed again but then smiled, I'm not vulnerable with anybody except one special person.
