Alex was pacing back and forth- once again- Tom was just moving his eyes always glued to the stressed vampire in front of him, Tom's eyes looked as if he was watching a table tennis match between the worlds best players.
All of Lola's friends which she had met where all huddled around recalling all the good times they had had together. Each memory brought more tears to their eyes.
Eddie was not helping at all, like always, he was joking about the first time he and Lola had met. Alex was frustrated even more with this **** in his home joking about his mate.
The fool was still being stupid not even noticing Alex in front of him- hands tight in fists, his eyes- just like a true mood ring- black... meaning stressed.
None of them had ever seen him this angered before but now Eddie had shoved him over the edge, never knowing when he was going to hit the bottom of the cliff ( punch the crap out of Eddie.)
Laura knew Eddie and was in the wrong but they where also true mates. Witch in everyone's opinion is shocking.
With a swift change into a beautiful patterned Chester was speeding towards Eddie and with force leaped to move him out of the way of Alex's hit to the face.
Alex was strong and had technique which in most cases very impressive and needed but this time he wished he was weak and measly as his fist had had contact with his sisters stomach.
Eddie was untouched while Laura was on the couch where he was sitting trying to recover. This was going to take a long time to heal back to full health.
With just enough energy to change back to her true form, "Eddie you owe me big time." The room fell silence it was deafening until both boys fell to there knees crying. "I'm fine, seriously it will only take about an hour to heal. No biggie!"
"It is, and now two of my favourite girls are both hurt..." Alex said this trying to fight through the tears.
"Dude that sounds-" before Eddie could finish his sentence Alex gave him a dig in the arm at his stupid statement.
The other girls felt like they had out welcomed their stay so they said what was needed to be said and let themselves out.
This was all put on a low note because of Eddie. To be honest this wasn't the first time and most probably not the last.
They all disliked Eddie and in some instances thought he was cheating but other times he was sweet and thoughtful of others, still the cons stood out for him and was even theorised that it was a forced bond.
A force bond: when mates don't naturally pierce the others neck but this happens more often than you would think as some never find their true mates.
Now that's cleared up...
All of the girls where on the patio once again talking about Laura's and Eddie's relationship.
Inside Tom had vanished before the accident. No one actually remembered Tom was there not even Grace but their bond was forced.
If anyone did care they would have found him in the car driving. Where? To Lola's old apartment.
He finally found it and broke in hoping to find something. That something was clues. Tom had had a feeling there was something there.
He was right he found a tape, on it was the words; play me and then find me.
It was suspicious so he left the car and ran back. Smirking when running as he saw traffic pilling up.
Finally back he wafted the tape in front of the girls like a ball to a dog as they followed, inside the three where cheering up and talking joyfully.
Finally the tape was ready to be played.
It played for about ten minutes of ramble. To sum it up; when they played it there was a number they must call for details on how this battle was going to happen.
So they rang it and when the last leaf falls from the tree on their street they shall meet in the hunting forest and fairly fight for Lola.
"A bit much for a mate don't you think." Everyone gave Eddie a death stare which was probably able to kill a human but he was sadly a vampire.
