Chapter 15

Syd POV

I woke up to Shante still laying in my arms. Her head rested on my chest as her bare body clung onto my side.

Looking up and around the room I noticed the familiar walls covered in various posters.

I then looked down and felt around the bed for my phone until I found it. There was about 5 missed calls and a text message.

I clicked on the message first and Emily's name popped up.

I clicked on the message and it read:

Emily: Hey. Syd where are you?? You've missed so much school and no one will tell me whats going on! I miss my Syddie Pie!

My mind froze.

Fuck ,I forgot I still go with her. And I just got Shante back in my life .Agh!

I set the phone down and ran my hands over my face. What the fuck, am I gonna do...

I must've moved a bit too much because I felt Shante's body move a bit. Suddenly I felt a soft kiss being planted against my jaw causing me to uncover my face.

Shante- Syd you ok?

She said in a tired tone before resting her head back onto my chest.

Syd- Yea I'm good.

I couldn't help but smile at how adorable she looked. A few moments later she sat up. Stretched and yawned before climbing out of bed.

She walked over to the dresser while rubbing her eyes, not even caring that she was still naked. Me examining her body the whole time, she went over to her wardrobe grabbing some underwear and a towel.

Syd- Where you going?

Shante- To go take a shower.

She raised a brow at me.

Shante- Care to join?

I smiled and bit my lip a bit examining her body up and down.

Syd- Well lets go then.

I said while getting up out of bed. Shante just laughed a bit before walking into the bathroom.

Looking down at my phone I knew what I had to do. I unlocked it and went to the messages.

Syd: Emily it's over.

With that I tossed my phone back onto the bed and headed to the bathroom.

In the bathroom Shante was fixing the shower for us. She sat on the edge of the tub with nothing on except her blonde wavy hair covering her chest. I was leaning against the sink holding the towel.

Pretty soon the shower was ready.

Shante turned her head towards me over her shoulder and looked me up and down. When she looked back up at my face she smirked a bit before turning back towards the shower and stepping in. Oh hell yea.

I sat the towel onto the wooden bathroom counter before following her inside. She closed the galaxy print shower curtain that was hung and grabbed some body wash.

After a while we started playfully throwing soap suds at each other. I blew a handful into her face and laughed at the expression she made.

She squinted her eyes at me and before I knew it she grabbed the body wash bottle and poured a good amount into her hand.

Syd- What are you gonna do with that?

I said stepping back a bit.

She just smiled like a little kid before walking extra close to me. I didn't want to let my guard down but her body extremely close to mines was very distracting. Suddenly she smeared all the soap into my hair and quickly rubbed some suds onto my stomach. Beginning to laugh.
